I loved the resort . Staff were beyond expectation . Really helpful always . I loved the room bed etc . Pool was exceptional . Breakfast was great lots of choice . My only reservation is that we were given a room in not the main resort but smother area which was a 5 min drive from the main hotel . I only booked this resort to be walking distance r from shops and eating places . I was told by Nauri that there were no 1 bed villas in the main hotel but I found out today there are 1 bed villas . I did like not the fact that our room was in another building away from main hotel . That area was not pleasant . So if you book a room ask for it to be in the main building not the one away in another area nearby . Other than that the service etc all brilliant . We were in villa 29. You could not walk anywhere from there . The route to it was a drive through dark little alleyways no lights . The main hotel where the restaurant is 5 mins from a buzzing street lots of massage places nice places to eat . We were picked up in the morning and taken to breakfast at the main building . The villa was perfect, clean & tidy. Also nice and local to everything just a Gojek or walk away from massages to great eating places and or tattoo shops. They pick you up from your room and take you straight to lobby for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The staff are friendly and amazingly helpful with everything we needed. Would 100% stay & reccomend this place!

A Wonderful Holiday Experience! Staying at this hotel was truly an exceptional experience. It is a perfect choice for those who want to have a peaceful and comfortable holiday in nature. Our villa was very clean and well-organized, with every detail carefully thought out. Having a private pool where we could swim at any time of the day was a great privilege. Being surrounded by various plant and animal species and spending time in nature was incredibly enjoyable. I highly recommend it to those seeking peace and tranquility. We can’t wait to go back!

We had a mobility challenged friend who couldnt get into the pool. Most pools in villas in Bali don't seem to have handrails so if you have mobility issues then be careful. They did have one villa with a handrail and we moved their halfway through, but the last step was quite high, so it didn't really solve the problem. Having said this, the staff really tried everything to help and I can't fault their professionalism at trying to solve this problem. I don't think this problem is reserved to Impiana.

Breakfast was excellent and we were picked up in a buggy and taken to the restaurant each day. The rooms were cleaned daily and the staff extremely helpful and friendly. They bent over backwards to make our stay an enjoyable one. The breakfasts were lovely with a lot of variation.

Meticulous in every way. Exceptionally helpful: from post-midnight check-in to organising comms with Airport regarding a mislaid iPad to a discreet and successful word with a (temporarily) noisy neighbour. We are going back… and recommending it to others

The only thing i would change was to seal up the spaces in the bathroom so the creatures such as lizards and moths and inserts cant get in and you not looking at the roof for something to fall on you head.

The staff are amazing and the food was delish , will definitely go back and stay. The rooms were made up daily and the linen changed daily if required. the villas are stunning and the pools magical.

Different villa sections can be a little bit remote from the lobby, but transport on demand is quite convenient and 24/7 on call.

Private space, friendly staff, very much cared about guests’ needs, delicious food. Also close to main streets which have various restaurants, shops and bars.

I stayed at Impiana in November 2024, and I loved the peaceful atmosphere of the villa in the middle of busy area of Seminyak. And the staff was the most welcoming and attentive, really enjoyed my time there.

We loved our deluxe one bedroom villa. Very private, beautiful tropical garden with an amazing pool! The villa was spotless and clean. The staff were friendly, helpful and focused on ensuring you were having a great stay. The villa location was perfect, on JL. Kunti. There are more Impiana villas located on Sunset side. These are too far away for easy walking access to great shopping, bars and restaurants and the large supermarket, located across the road on JL. Kunti. The Indian Restaurant and Oswego Bar/Restaurant, located on either side of the main Impiana Reception were beautiful. Both great food and customer service. The property pics on the booking site truly reflect the actual reality of the beautiful villas at Impiana Private Villas, Seminyak. Thank you for our surprise villa upgrade, Sindy. 😊

Stunning Villa, really well maintained. Breakfast was decent. The staff were all excellent, made me feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Really enjoyed my relaxing stay. The spa is recommended too and also the curry restaurant. Both were on point.
