It seemed a bit noisy due to its location, but that's more a matter of personal taste. For those who come to Kuta for the excitement, this is not a disadvantage.

The hotel is very nice, clean and well maintained. The room was very nice, maybe a little dark, but we were not there for long. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast selection was very good. The only problem is that it is in a bit of a noisy place, but this is not so surprising in Kuta, it was only noticeable after Ubud and Candi Dasa.

The facilities at the hotel were fantastic, rooms were clean and quite big. The shower was very spacious, and I really liked the rain shower head. The bathroom itself had clean towels and toiletries. The room had a little bar fridge and there were tea and coffee making facilities, it had a small cupboard where you could hang your clothes, a space to put your suitcase and a small desk. The rooms were serviced daily. The pool was clean, and there were plenty of places to sit and relax. You could also order food and drinks from the staff at the restaurant to have by the pool. The staff were wonderful they were very helpful and accomadting. I was very appreciative of the way they would ring and check how I was, and if I needed or wanted anything while I sick with a stomach bug, I really appreciated it because I was travelling solo.

Hotel organised airport pickup for me and my friend who contacted me through WhatsApp which made it super easy for us. Hotel was super close to airport which was fantastic after a 8.5hr flight. The place was lovely and our room that opened out onto pool area was great! Buffet breakfast had a wide variety of foods and did not disappoint. I have no negative comments at all! I would stay again!!

Loved the pool and enjoyed the afternoon swimming, sunbathing and eating around the pretty pool area. The room was a good size, clean, comfortable with room service and daily housekeeping. Great balcony, traditional facilities, pretty setting and attentive staff. Kind and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and wished we’d booked longer. Free airport shuttle in the best air conditioned car we’d been in was fantastic.

Beautiful hotel with friendly helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble for the team. Rooms are spacious with large en-suite wet rooms. The gym is small but ok. Great swimming pool at the heart of the hotel. Best breakfast buffet so far on my 3 week tour.

Great, free airport shuttle. .Very friendly staff. Spacious rooms and bathroom - all very clean. Very quiet rooms considering how busy Kuta / street area is. Hotel staff including security are excellent. Buffet breakfast was excellent, including egg/pancakes made to order.

Very convenient location to the airport (yet no airport noise) - free shuttle was ready with no waiting around and prompt/professional drop off to hotel. Staff were very attentive. Room was very clean and well stocked. While in a lively area, the hotel was very quiet/peaceful. Buffet breakfast was excellent, as was the hotel restaurant. Spa was fantastic - great massage and easy to book. Door staff and security were excellent - even assisted in crossing the road if busy with traffic. Located across from supermarket so can stock up on snacks / fruit / drinks if needed. Pool and lounges were very relaxing. Highly recommend.
