Rooms were a bit pricey for what it is but with the airport transfers I guess makes up for it. The restaurant wasn’t anything wow.

No fault of the hotel - be aware there is a large church next door. On Xmas Eve and Xmas Day there were several lengthy services (broadcast on screen and on loud speaker outside the church) that really disrupted our stay. Hotel was also playing xmas carols on Xmas Day which was nice, but by Boxing Day that same music loop became a bit tedious.

Comfortable room, good breakfast. Terrific spa services at reasonable prices. Complimentary airport stuttle both ways was a bonus.

Unfortunately they were doing construction on one of the pools which was very distracting. Even they we weren’t aware of it when we arrived they gave us 20% off restaurant meals to compensate

Close to our room there was the stuff room or smth like that, that is why all night we heard sounds of closing door. It was not comfortable to sleep

The hotel is close to all different types of cafes. We had early check-in, what was really positive side. As our flight was early we had breakfast box, and free transfer was really good!

The bed was quite uncomfortable. It was very solid.

We loved it! The staff were super friendly and helpful with everything. The breakfast was great, massage at the spa was wonderful! Didn’t go for a dip in the pool but it did look very relaxing.

We were happy with our stay. Maybe the only thing was the facilities seem to be old and need to be updated or renovated.

The hotel is close to the airport (~20 min walking distance). They also provide free airport pickup and dropoff service, which is really good, expecially when raining. The room is spacious and comfortable, with a balcony facing the pool. Breakfast is quite good, as you can get both balinese and western styles of food.

Rooms were spacious, breakfast was superb. We dined at the hotel restaurant most nights and meals were amazing. Staff very friendly, would definitely stay again.

I thought it a bit strange with the breakfast layout. where you had the buffet set in one room, the breads and toast in another room and you had to go outside of the hotel to order your eggs

I thought for the prise the room was excellent. It had a decent size pool that looked well maintained. the breakfast was acceptable

Our flight arrived late in the evening so we stayed here for one night. Great location with free airport transfer. Loved the breakfast and the pool. Comfortable and clean room, and lovely helpful staff.
