Perhaps a wider selection of food on the menu for those who wish to eat in. However, there are plenty of places to eat in the surrounding area.

The villa is very spacious and it's facilities were very good. It's not far from the main roads and the staff were friendly, puncutal and attentive. It was so nice to eat breakfast on the outside terrace.

The shower in the downstairs bathroom wasn’t working and the first night we used it, it flooded the bathroom. We did report it but it wasn’t fixed the rest of our stay.

Loved the location so close to everything in Ubud. We had the pleasure of being driven around by Putu and what can we say the most amazing person, he was knowledgeable had fantastic English and his driving was flawless. The villa was great, the pool was nice and the daily breakfast was lovely!

Minor things. The bed was a bit uncomfortable for us (you could feel every movement). The tile floor was swept but dusty. Needs a good washing.

Great location. Beautiful space. Nice facilities and the staff was amazing. Great restaurant in complex or at Agny (2 min up the road). Beautiful spa near by (Hesa). Also walked through the rice fields to Pyramids of Chi for an ancient sound journey.

I stay in a two story house. It is amazing. The bed is big, the show is huge and stylish, the porch is beautiful, especially when breakfast is served there.

The villas were beautiful, and so were the grounds. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a great selection of food to choose from for breakfast each morning, and we ate in their restaurant a few times too. All the food was lovely. The villas are tucked away on a side street and provide a peaceful retreat to the hustle and bustle of Ubud. If we are ever in Bali again, we will definitely return

Nothing to complain

We had a gratis stay at the White Villas. The location is like an oasis of silence within busy Ubud. We had a spacious villa close to the pool with an awesome view into the garden. Breakfast was tasty and the Villas are nicely decorated. The staff was very kind, especially Putu who was our driver for a day trip to some temples and the mountain area. He explained a lot in good English and most importantly drove safely.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

This is a gem of a hotel. The staff is beyond friendly and the villas are stunning. We loved how quiet it was and away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud, yet just a quick walk into the main part of town. They deliver a custom ordered delicious breakfast right to your villa and also have a restaurant on site that prepares yummy dinners. The pool is beautiful and refreshing. They also arranged transportation for us to our next location. I highly recommend The White Villas.

Mosquito nets in all of the rooms are a must. Just had one in the master bedroom.

It would be great if the breakfast catered for dairy free and gluten free but otherwise the breakfast was lovely and so nice to have on the deck.

The rooster from the neighbors that started at 4 in the morning already but that is not really anything they can change. But earplugs van come in handy.

The beautiful garden, the decoration of the house, the friendly staff, very close to the center of ubud but still really quiet. Swimmingpool was also great and very quiet. At night they had beautiful decoration lights which made the Place look even more amazing. Also good food! Would recommend this place to everyone!

The mattress of the bed could be better. You could feel even the slightest move of the other person sleeping next to you. It felt almost like a water bed 😊.

Excellent breakfast delivered daily to our villa. They have their own driver and a very comfortable car. You can hire the driver to take you to the places around Ubud, this was a huge plus for my family. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The only thing is that I think need to check more often things os maintenence, like lamps and the sink drain, but it was not really an issue, or a problem. The staff really solved it very quickly.

The Villa is amazing. Beautiful place, nice gardens, nice pool, very quiet site. In a very narrow street, but aproxim. 10/12 minutes walking to Ubud Palace. Short distance from front lot of stores, drugstores, restaurants and cafés. The staff is kind and very attentive. The Villa itself is a Dream. The decor, The mood is very relaxing and it was perfect for our family. One ensuite bedroom at the 1st floor and the Master suíte above. Good sound isolation, even that the upstair room does not have a door to close, but we do have privacy. The bathroom is huge and nice. The breakfast you choose the day before and they take it to you the time that you ask for. Very tasty. They also provide an afternoon coffee, with always delicious cake. If you look to stay in a quiet place, with privacy, good service, but still be in the middle of Ubud, that's the place. (The White Villas has 3 entire villas and 4 bedrooms, so it's kind of a "boutique" place)

The breakfast was somewhat limited depending on what you order, for example the granola portions was a little bit less, so its worth to ask for more ;)

The interior design was super nice, the layout of the villas and the terrace plus garden was lovely! You feel like you are in the middle of the jungle although you are quite close to one of the main streets in Ubud :)
