The rooms weren't entirely sound proof, you could hear everything in the hall from under the door.

I don’t like the food. It doesn’t look inviting except the fruit and the fresh fried eggs. Both venues of the food are dark.

I like the roof top set up overlooking the pool and the ocean. Love the life band . It was raining the whole night and the life band just makes our night.

The room was basic, and my charger kept falling out of the socket on the wall on the right side. No instant coffee or milk. Balcony had no chairs or view, except the rms opposite, who you could see. The hair dryer was just that. Not enough power to style. Hair for the wedding was a fail. Lucky the photographers were amazing. 😃

I absolutely 💯 % Loved the roof top bar, infinity pool & the view was sensational. The wedding I attended was the highlight & everything was beyond exceptional. Staff were amazing.

I booked an ocean view room as it was listed as "ocean view" however there was no view of the ocean as I had trees obstructing the view - a higher level than 2 would be considered ocean views looking over the trees and the bedroom could do with a full length mirror, other than that I thought everything else was magnificent and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay - I'd absolutely stay again and I'm already planning my next visit. THANK YOU!

I loved my stay - I loved the variety in the breakfast, the infinity pool & the temperature of it during a hot season, quite often pools can feel like a warm bath but the temp was perfect, the aesthetic & cleanliness of the room was divine, i thoroughly enjoyed coming back to my room each day to little hand written notes from housekeeping and a different designed and constructed animal towel, it made my day and the staff were friendly, attentive, warm & welcoming - Thank You.

Almost nothing, except for the ocean view suite which is located at 2nd and 3rd floor. Ocean view is covered by tall trees along Kuta beach. So don’t expect an entire ocean view.

- Rooms are very poorly isolated, you can hear everything on the hallway and the next rooms - someone had an alarm set in the middle of the night which was not turned off and woke us

The towels are very old they turned grey color not white, the room’s balcony just overlooks a building, the welcome drink juice is not a fresh juice it’s only like syrup juice, high price for the facility that doesn’t offer anything special but not a bad stay for the beginning or ending of the trip

Overall a decent stay in kuta! Nice swimming pool overlooking the ocean, clean room, good location close to beach walk, mini markers near by, staff are nice, close to airport

The staff was very nice and eager to help with everything. The infinity pool is a perfect place to see the sunset with a good cocktail. The breakfast was very good. The room was clean and quiet. Also, it is a perfect place if you want to surf (you just need to cross the road).
