When it rains the floors get very slippery in the villa. Same spaces looked run down like the bath tubs and other parts of the building. Could use abit of face lift.

The smoking at the Dine table in one area which a bit much mostly when there is kids gaming area its a no.

Price of some drinks seemed a little high (but then again choose something different)

The rooftop pool and breakfast were fantastic, the staff polite and courteous and room and bathroom were as per pictures. The location is a fine but there were not a lot of restaurants around to choose from so tended to need to walk to find one. I often used the beach shuttle in the afternoon and would catch a bluebird taxi home after watching the sunset.

Loved the location and the roof top pool. Breakfast had a good selection of foods but we were vegan so limited options but enjoyed. Be good to offer herbal tea selections too. We picked this as they ordered late check out so that was great.

Smoking and vaping around the pool area when eating and drinking

Breakfast was very good. Coffee and tea were a bit far away from tables hence a lot of spills. All in all very good and all on the 3rd floor ,pool and gym also

TVs lacked smart connectivity, Wifi was abhorrently slow (1-2MB/s), Elevators had bad buttons and were annoying to try press, Bed was quite hard.

This hotel is very nicely designed and build. It offers enormous space and large rooms. We were stunned by the large room, and how to get lost because of the size of the building. However, the location is a little away from everything and we had a room facing the street, where bikers had loud motorbikes and due to the thickness of the windows, the noise was easily heard.

The place was amazing!! I couldn't come up with anything substantial to say that is negative. My only, miniscule grievance is that I found the lighting a little too dim to apply makeup easily. It would be good to have another lighting option/mode in the bathroom to improve this.

Well I really couldn’t fault it! Except rooms should definitely have slippers & robes provided. Lighting in the bathroom needs to be improved and a mirror placed above the dressing table. Overall fantastic hotel . Will definitely be back again.👍

Loved all of the hotel. Mainly the infinity pool and bar area. Food is delicious. Service was fantastic. Great location. Will definitely stay again. 👍
