Villa was perfect. Great space for my partner and I. Villa plunge pool very enjoyable as was the bar pool and deck sun chairs. Really enjoyed a coffee by the bar pool in the morning after a long lazy breakfast.

The food menu can be a bit better

This was the second time i stayed here and i have to say, first time was good second time was extra good, TS never disappoints. First time was in 2019 and then this year September 2024 and still after so many years have passed they have still kept their quality and standard, i will stay here every time i visit bali and highly recommend to friends and family. All shops near by and shuttle bus to the beach every hour 🫶🏼

Maybe the room was just a little tired. The day bed Velcro was not attached in one side and that sitting there a little more challenging. This is minor though. The room was goood otherwise.

The buffet breakfast (open til 11) was great with the ability to have your breakfast any time up til 4 if you sleep in. Large rooms. Ours didn’t have a view but it felt a bit luxurious with the lovely bath and space. Staff friendly and helpful. Also the water and soft drinks daily was a bonus!

Had to wait for our room. I had emailed prior to arriving and they said they would try but made us wait. Felt a bit forgotten and had to remind them. We were very tired after flying from the uk.

The price of the hotel food was quite high especially in comparison to the restaurants just outside on the street (where the food was reasonably priced and delicious). The TV in the room was way too small, it was very hard to see from the bed and the selection of channels was very limited for a 5 star hotel. The air conditioning only seemed to have one setting - freezing, no matter what temperature you set it on. Great when you've just come in from outside but way too cold to sit in for too long.

Beautiful hotel in Seminyak in a great location, lovely friendly staff who were always willing to help and a great buffet breakfast with lots of choices. Beautiful roof top pool and great service all round.

It was my second stay there but this time my room was at the front of the resort which was quite noisy. Next time I would be quite specific and request a room at the back. We also arrived early not realising that check-in time was 4pm. My error but staff said they would let us know asap and should be ready after 2pm. It wasn't until we walked up at 3.30pm and asked if it was ready, it was advised our room was ready and allegedly it has been ready for sometime. So that was a bit disappointing. Everything else was quite good.

The breakfast choice was wonderful. The pool and location was terrific. Staff quite friendly and free shuttle to the beach. An easy walk home back from the beach.

The pool area is well positioned but in need of maintenance, multiple tiles breaking off in the pool which caused some sharp edges

Would have liked more veggie options or plant milk at breakfast, maybe better music at the pool. The towels and robes could do with an update

Very clean, pool area lovely! Gym was a bit dated but did the job nice view overlooking pool. Loved the late check out. Location is great. Staff were all amazing as always

The traffic can be bit noisey if your bedroom faces the road.

++is always expensive, but overall our stay was a very pleasant one. If a special come up that suited us, we would definitely consider. Tiles uplifting in the bottom of the infinity pool. Staff relaxed with orders.

Staff were great. Breakfast was really good. Rooftop infinity pool is awesome at night. Location is just outside of the really busy parts, but still very close to everything. Shuttle service to beach runs every hour, so that was great. Rooms very clean and comfortable. We stayed in a more expensive room and were very happy with the size and standard of both the bathroom, bedroom and lounge area. Highly recommend for a more high end getaway.

There was a lot of noise inside the room, including at night, as it faced the main street and the windows didn't adequately insulate against outside noise.
