The hotel need major revamping. Things are aging here and there.

Location is prime. Near ITB, Dago, Dipati Ukur. It has covenience store. McD around the corner, cafes, and all.

The bathroom. Need renovation. Better if they chance the lamp color from yellow to white.

I wish there were more pillows in the room. And I wish it had been quiet during the night, but apparently, there was noise from the music lounge across the street, and I could hear the thumps from the room. The parking space was too small, although the parking service was on stand-by mode, it wasn't so practical. And I wish there was vitrage on the window

The staff needs to pay more attention to bathroom cleanliness, as there are multiple mold points and unpleasant odor. If you drive a sedan or low ground clearance car, ask the security to arrange on street parking as if you're going to the basement your car is guaranteed to stuck

It's a great value for money stay. The room was nicely sized, and the bedding was comfortable as well with King Koil bed. The breakfast was adequate for the price point, and the location is great if you'll want to explore northern bandung area

lil bit less maintenance, dusty in in edges/corners of the room, got a torn towel, and the price compares to the offered facility.

the location is perfect, it is on the heart of the city. tje food was okay. the staffs are nice as a common nature of people in this city. But there was an event in a night club across the property, was a bit loud in sleep hours.

Room cleanliness can be improved. There is a club across the hotel, so there is a crowd (and a bit noisy) around 2-3 am as they start to leave the club.

Breakfast is good. Limited options, but it's fine compared to the room rate (including breakfast). The parking lot is very limited. Appreciated the staff, they have other space available for our vehicle (near the hotel).

Cleanliness of room ok, but maintenance of room not great, shower door missing bottom roller and handle only attached at top, water barely warm ( could have been worse - other members of our group had a room with no shower door, bathroom continually wet ). Bathroom basin did not drain properly. Reported issues, not addressed during stay. Staff on check out not particularly helpful, didn't know how to order a taxi. View non existent, I'd advise against staying in a front facing room. Concerns about security as elevator card reader not active during stay, free access at any time.

Location is great, evening check in staff member very good, breakfast staff excellent. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast was quite good, egg section excellent. Sky lounge is quite nice. Housekeeping staff very nice.
