Nothing to complain about, best place ever

The best place of our entire trip. It was absolutely magical to fall asleep to the sound of the waves. So secluded and peaceful, close to nature. It felt like we became one with the ocean while we were there. Beautifully decorated, the staff was so friendly—they became our friends. We’ve never felt so well taken care of anywhere before. It was clean and fresh, and the food was incredibly delicious, always served at a table with a breathtaking ocean view. The pool was perfectly placed to enjoy the sunset while watching the waves crash against the cliffs. We truly felt at one with nature and the serenity of the place. We long to return and highly recommend this accommodation to everyone we know and met during the rest of our journey. We were sad to leave this place. Jasri was a great spot for anyone looking to escape the tourist crowds. Worth every penny!

The drain on the bathtub/shower was a bit slow but did not really detract from our stay. The kindness of the staff more than made up for it.

The staff at the hotel was excellent. Everyone was very nice and ready to help in any and every way. They made our stay memorable. Also, our lodging was close to the ocean with a fantastic view. The villa was done in the beautiful Balinese style and included excellent art work.

This is a perfect place for someone like me who appreciates tranquility, values privacy, and enjoys falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean. The food at the hotel is excellent, and Virgin Beach is very close by. For anyone in need of a break, this hotel is an excellent choice. I also loved the garden shower and the beautiful shampoo and body wash provided by the hotel.

Breakfast could be more varied. Everyday 2 eggs, 2 toasts and tea was rather poor for the value of full package dinner in the top Bali restaurants. When we asked for more variety or vegetables - we were rejected. When we asked for the additional toast, we were extra charged.

Location is magical. So close to the ocean. The room was a beautiful Balinese style hut with all the comforts. The outdoor bathroom is gorgeous. I highly recommend staying here and it's also super romantic!

The only negative is its proximity to outside restaurants. This didn’t bother us as the food as Jasri Bay was great and served on our beautiful balcony.

Jasri Bay Hideaway is situated in a beautiful location by the sea. The first view when walking into our villa was breathtaking. The staff is wonderful and accommodating. We asked for yoga mats and they were waiting for us when we arrived.

This is an older resort, so it was a little worn in places, but we found these older elements quaint and suitable to our tastes. The hot water was lukewarm, but it was okay since its so hot outside during our stay. The ocean front views are beautiful, but the waves can get loud (and be peaceful too).

Jasri Bay Resort is very quiet and comfortable. Once we got settled into our villa, the hotel manager, Rati, greeted us and discussed all the services her team could provide from arranging car services and local transportation, to massages on the veranda, to chef-prepared cozy meals for breakfast, lunch or dinner served right on our covered patio. Our four night stay was just perfect to see the sights in East Bali. The adjacent chocolate factory tour is interesting and they serve great cappuccinos and cacoa tea.

Imagine, that you are in a Balinese-style wooden villa near a jungle. The villa has a lot of doors and windows which do not close tightly, but also big ventilation grids that are not covered with glass. Because of these reasons, there is the possibility that some animals easily get into your living space. We received the unwanted visit of a HUGE RAT staring at us in the bathroom tub in the second morning of our stay! After we called the reception, the gardener got rid of it and said this can easily happen as they live in the garden among with lizards, spiders, etc. If you do not want to spend all your time at the villa, you will definitely need a taxi because of the remote location. Nevertheless, with Grab app. you will easily find a driver with low transportation costs. Jasri beach has black sand and is right near the villas but is full of garbage, as nobody cleans it. The pool is not very big but we found it to be clean. In the night the sound of the waves is very loud and the wind blows through the doors and windows even if they are closed, so if you have sleeping problems, bring some earplugs as well. Check your bill before paying! Although airport transfer was included in the price, they have put it on our bill but deleted the amount after we observed it. Be aware, that although this part of the island is in average cheaper than the Denpasar region, the resort is much more expensive than other housing amenities and you do not have any other meal option but the menu offered on spot.

If you are searching for a nice wooden rustic villa directly on the oceanfront, away from any crowded areas of the island, you have found it. Located near a rice plantation and a jungle-like forest, you can reach the resort consisting of 4 villas by car or scooter. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, the terraces huge. There is a nice swimming pool and a lush garden surrounds the area. Refrigerator, air-conditioning, wifi are available. A small chocolate factory with cafeteria is located next door. Breakfast and other meals can be ordered from the reception and will be served at your private villa as there is no common restaurant. The food was great, healthy and fresh. The personnel is extremely friendly and helpful. All in all, a perfect spot for intimate relaxation.

The staff are amazingly friendly the lodge was nice a bit misleading but still worth the money pillow to hard for my liking and the main road leading to the property was closed so has to park away and walk in the dark at night to get back but still really worth it would definitely go again 👍
