The property was beautiful, quiet and gave us the break we needed from Ubud central. The breakfast was delicious, and the hosts were so helpful and friendly! They provided a shuttle from the airport, and we hired this driver for the rest of our stay. Special note: The pool was so lovely to come back to, after site seeing in the heat. Comfy beds and very clean.

The Villa was really clean and we enjoyed a lot. Oh my God super clean I would say I would never find such kind of cleaning ever. I think this is the best and cleanest place I ever visited. I’ll definitely recommend this villa to you guys at least once you should visit it’s really really clean. You should definitely visit this place.

Beautiful, clean (VERY CLEAN!), new villa with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and very comfortable space to spend time outside. The staff were very helpful and kind. Delicious breakfast. You can order lunch and dinner as well. Very nice location close to Ubud.

At first I was worried because of the small number of reviews, but when I arrived I cannot describe how comfortable and happy I felt. The place is comfortable in every sense, the pinnacle of safety, privacy, cleanliness and respect. I would like to thank Mr. Newman, the person in charge of the place, for his respect and dedication to serving us,he helped us with everything we needed , as well as the kindest woman with a beautiful smile who was in charge of food and cleanliness who helped us without asking.. no doubt I will comeback to this place again.

Location is a bit outside Ubud so yoh need to use Grab/Gojek or taxi service and you are better off with motorbikes as the road to Ubud can get bad traffic jams at certain times. On a positive note it was very quiet and good for relaxing.

Great villa, very clean and private. Comfortable bed, great shower and very nice private pool. We had bana trees with bananas hanging over our pool! The owners were very nice, always smiling and ready to help with any additional request you might have (eg transport, bike rental etc). Breakfast was delicious, with fresh fruit and you could also order food directly from your villa. Kitchen was well equipped, altough we didn't cook. Water cooler with filtered water, towels, bathrobes and slippers all provided. Safe box in the room and a TV in the open plan kitchen/outdoor area. Good WiFi. We would book there again for sure.

We spend such a good time in this villa. This is a quiet area. 10min from the center of Ubud by scooter or car. The host are very nice and reactive. The breakfast was lovely. And you can also have lunch and dinner at the villa. You have possibilité to rent some scooter.

It is a bit far from the town so getting there and going places does take time due to traffic but nothing wrong with the property more so the location is more inland. It was hard to find on google maps. That’s something that needs to be improved.

The host was amazing and really accomodating! Always available when we needed anything even later in the evening. The breakfast was delivered to our villa every morning. The driver was great too! Stopped for us at the supermarket on the way back and didn’t charge extra. Absolutely great place for families with kids.

Nothing. The manager even asked us, if we had any tips to make the facilities of the new villa even better, to pass these tips on to him.

Last week we, 3 persons, stayed for 3 days/nights in the villa with 2 bedrooms, each bedroom with its own bathroom. A very nice, new villa. The villa is located on a quiet, neat road, only about10 minutes drive from the busy center of Ubud. The service of the employees is fantastic. Every morning they served the freshly prepared, delicious breakfast exactly at the agreed time. And we wanted to visit sights in and around Ubud for 2 full days, with a car and driver. With the help and advice of the manager we put together a tailor-made program for these 2 days. The manager could be the driver himself, with his car, for a good price. And at the end of the sunny days we cooled down in the beautiful private pool of the villa. We definitely recommend booking the villa.

We were transferred to Ubud Mayura Private Villas which the owner must own as well. On the first night we ordered dinner which I ended up with Bali belly and unwell for two days. The location had terrible access with huge pot holes and very narrow roads

About an hour before arrival we were informed that this property was unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances
