The location is perfect—peaceful and serene, yet close enough to Ubud’s vibrant cultural attractions and restaurants center with free shuttle bus. The staff were absolutely amazing, always friendly, welcoming, and eager to ensure my stay was perfect. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and made me feel special throughout my visit. The service was exceptional, with every detail thoughtfully attended to. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, providing a perfect blend of modern comfort and traditional Balinese charm. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind. Free yoga classes at the morning… mmm… already miss it! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with outstanding service and a beautiful setting in Ubud!

There are quite a few activities arranged by the hotel which the guests are allowed to participate. The activities differ every day.

The villa we stayed in was amazing. It was kept clean everyday and the service was top notch. The food at the restaurant was great. The staff greets you with a pleasant smile every time and are very helpful. The resort is about 6kms from Ubud but they have free shuttles every couple of hours which is helpful.

This hotel deserves its five stars! My husband and I had the best stay here and it was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. We had a villa with a private pool which was truly stunning. The pool is large and cool, perfect for a quiet and romantic day for two by the pool. The stuff was so friendly, we looked forward to seeing them every time, amazing! There is also a shuttle service to Ubud, yoga lessons, spa, gym and activities in the hotel, such as a short cooking class. We particularly remember the cultural evening, which we really enjoyed. The VIP seats are recommended, otherwise you can't see anything. We will definitely be back and have fond memories of our stay.

United KingdomThe only one minor thing was them not having a shower room for late flights, we checked out at 12pm and our flight wasn't until midnight so we would have loved to have a proper shower before going to the airport as it was very humid and hot.
Everything, staff are wonderful and the villa was stunning and the free shuttle service was bet handy to get into the centre.

BelgiumThe walls are really thin.. you can hear everything your neighbors are doing, so it can be very akward if you know what I mean… we woke up sometime because of our neighbors and asked them if they could make less noise but yeah we could still hear everything, it’s really akward especially because I was on a vacation with my dad.

United KingdomThe main pool was disappointing, few chairs and not good for relaxing pool time. Second pool by room was always being used so no chairs available. I guess the villas with private pool are better. The breakfast was okay, good service but not a lot of choice.
Lovely rooms, friendly staff, extra activities included, yoga, breathwork etc was very good., free shuttle to Ubud very easy to get into centre. The other guests I met there, good for solo travellers.

Beautiful and in a very peaceful location. Although there weren’t any lifts/elevators (not the best if you struggle with stairs or walking difficulties) it was a gorgeous hotel. We didn’t realise there weren’t any lifts but the staff were very kind and moved my mum to the ground floor next to the restaurant to make her trip easier.
