I love the location and the facilities 2 pool and one hot jacuzzi. The beautiful garden and sound of the waterfalls are amazing. Staff and breafkast it was amazing as well. However my room was too small, the air con make noise and dropped water. I could feel the air con vabriation in my pillow. No TV or fridge on the room. And the power could not hold my charges.

Breakfast was included, and was fresh and delicious each day. The room was delightful, it had us looking out mid-canopy in the jungle and over river. There were 2 beautiful pools to choose from. The staff were smiling and helpful.

I stayed in the Zen room at first but had to move because I experinced very little sleep because of thinn walls and very noisy neighbours. When I moved I ended up in a room which had rodents in the wall which again didn't help me sleep.. So I left a night earlier than expected.

As always I loved coming to Saris. It's a tranquil oasis in the middle of ubud with beautiful features and ponds wherever you are. The staff is beautiful and food is also great. I also love receiving a massage at the spa and using the facilities there.

Well, it had nothing yo do with the property.. it was my timing.. coinciding with crazy business in surrounding streets due to temple celebrations and resultant traffic jams!!!!

The facilities and the surrounds … mostly.. the extremely lovely, helpful, warm and friendly staff. Ive stayed here before and though it was a long time ago, i remember i was impressed with the interactions with the very good people who work here and help ensure the comfort, ease and happiness if guests. The breakfast provided was okay, with limited options, and it starts at 8 AM, which isn't great if you're planning day trips and want to leave early. The spa area is nice, but we only used the jacuzzi once due to the opening hours. On one occasion, we tried to use it, but it was out of order.

The resort is very beautiful, and the staff is super friendly. It is well located; within a few minutes on foot, you can reach the busy area of Ubud. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, and there are two nice pools plus a jacuzzi. There is a restaurant on-site, and the prices are reasonable.
