Loved the space with all the trees and the pool. The social area in the kitchen was nice too. The staff were super friendly. The room felt damp and the aircon starting dripping for a day (which when I approached the staff to fix they fixed it promptly) there was also a few ants in the room.

It's a bit out of town (25min walk next to a busy street), but grab scooters are super cheap, so it wasn't too bad

The pool area was gorgeous, although there was some construction work just next door. The beds were comfy, the kitchen space was very handy, but it doesn't look as nice as the photos and it's not equipped well enough in my humble opinion. Couch with Netflix is a great touch for rainy days

Location was a bit far away from the Ubud centre but it was peaceful and quiet. A few nice restaurants and cafes around. Pool was nice.

The staff could be a little more welcoming and positive, some of them seemed like they had an attitude and were rude, need to work on customer service skills. No hand soap in bathroom, a lamp in the bedroom would help with the ambience of the room adding more warm light makes it more comfortable and cosy, especially helpful for when wanting to read in bed and wind down.

I loved the glamping temp and the grounds were lovely surrounded by rainforest and sounds of water. The pool area was great too and a good size communal kitchen and eating area with free water. The room was nice with a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. The location is good although it is a walk to the centre you can get a grab etc for cheap, I walked to the Sayuri healing food restaurant and it was a beautiful experience very nice people and food, wonderful customer service there. The living stone cafe just 5 mins walk from Ubud tropical is worth visiting for delicious ice cream and their bakery for lunch and breakfast is out of this world, staff are incredibly kind too!

Far away from the main part of ubud. Rooms very small with no lockers so all the bags were piled up around beds which you had to climb over

20 min walk from the center but some people will like the fact it’s out of the way of the traffic/chaos of the centre.

The only problem here is the wi-fi. It’s not as fast when you’re at the lobby or if you’re staying beside the pool area and sometimes it doesn’t really work in the sleeping area. Other than that, everything was fine

The staff were amazing! The facilities are also as good and how close it was to the city center is a plus and I would definitely going to stay here again if I’ll be back in Ubud

Bathroom could’ve been cleaner, stayed in the 10 bed dorm and there wasn’t any space to store your bags, only very small lockers.

Good hostel, AC worked well. Pools were nice and cold.

Cause of the humidity and the inside bathroom , the room smelled a little off, but there is nothing you can do about it and with the air conditioning it was OK.

The rooms were clean and the pool area stunning. Check-in was uncomplicated and the location was good (20 mins by foot to the centre) and nice cafes around.
