No gym, no jogging paths around hotel

Hotel is not in Ubuntu city, but a bit aside. What comes with this location it is far from big traffic of Ubud and its noise. What you hear are sounds of jungle. If you want to visit Ubud taxi will bring you there in 20 minutes for 2-4 USD. This hotel is a restaurant & reception, spa and just couple of stylish Balinese houses, no crowds around. Infinity pool usually with not more couple of people or you have it even for yourself. Service team is caring, kind, superpolite. In restaurant you take from menu not only meny delicious dishes but also good wines and drinks at affordable prices. Also spa treatments are not as expensive like in seaside resorts. Hotel has tea-time, when you get tea or coffee with snacks and cakes - and this is complimentary. Houses are big, also bathrooms are spacious. Comfortable beds. You get small safe as well. They are kept clean - really no insects and you are in a jungle. One of the best assets of the hotel is beautiful garden with many flowers and various fruit trees around.

Nothing just perfect

Perfect, good choice …. Very high quality and good presentation . The hotel is located on a wonderful valley, trees , flowers and birds everywhere. The pool is amazing but the best is the service . Staff gentle and smiling all the time. I tried the spa ….level high . They have also free transfer to the center 3 times a day but they are always ready to help if you need taxi , scooter etc.

It’s not really within walking distance to the main centre (Ubud palace) but they do provide free shuttle at allocated time.

Great place to stay to relax overlooking the forest. Staffs were very friendly. Did the complimentary resort activities which was a nice inclusion. Breakfast and afternoon tea inclusion was also great.

Maybe, if I really have to think of something it would be the ongoing balinese music in the restaurant. Though you can only hear it in the restaurant and it isn't lout.

Everything during our stay was absolutely perfect. The villa, private pool, jungle view, location and staff were all outstanding. Pakerisan Restaurant and Chandra Spa are also both superb. A truly memorable stay that exceeded our expectations. Heaven in Ubud.

Everything was perfect and it was difficult to leave back to our home.

Our stay at this hotel in Bali was nothing short of extraordinary. Having spent 9 nights here, we can confidently say it is the best hotel experience we've ever had. We split our time between the Deluxe Villa for 5 nights and the Pool Villa for 4 nights, and both accommodations exceeded our expectations in every way. Nestled in the heart of a lush valley, the hotel's location offers breathtaking views that are simply mesmerizing. Swimming in the infinity pools while overlooking this stunning scenery was an experience we will cherish forever. It should be noted that not all Pool Villas have infinity pools, so the hotel must be contacted to ask for a villa with infinity pool. The staff at the hotel were exceptional. Always smiling and eager to assist, they went above and beyond to cater to our every need, making us feel truly pampered throughout our stay. The restaurant's food was another highlight, with every meal being a delightful culinary experience. It was also possible to have our breakfast in our villa with an amazing view of the valley and our infinity pool, which we will never forget. Although the hotel is about 25 minutes away from Ubud Center, this wasn't an issue for us. The serene, tranquil setting more than compensated for the distance. Additionally, the hotel provides convenient shuttle services to Ubud three times a day, making it easy to explore the area without any hassle. In conclusion, our time at this hotel was perfect in every way. From the stunning views and luxurious villas to the outstanding service and delicious food, every aspect of our stay was impeccable. We can't wait to return to this little slice of paradise.

A magnificent villa with breathtaking views of the valley and a sunny infinity pool. The staff is always smiling, attentive, and provides exceptional service with a rare kindness. It’s a 25-minute drive from the center of Ubud, but the hotel offers free shuttles (three times a day). At the beginning of our stay, we were disturbed by the noise of construction and chainsaws, but the manager was attentive and tried to find solutions, thanks again to him! The shower area was a little small if you were with a child, and the floor was such that the child could slip and fall. But it's not a big problem.

It was a perfect space, with a typical Balinese natural landscape spreading out in front of me, and I didn't feel any sign of other people. I stayed in a non-infinity pool villa, but I was glad that my children could play safely in the large garden. The food was also very delicious, especially the breakfast omelette. I would like to stay in the same villa again.

One of the best hotels I ever stayed. The staff were super welcoming and helpful. The hotel is clean and beautiful, done in traditional Balinese style, with a lot of authentic details and traditional wood carvings and sculptures. It was what I was looking for as it helped to feel the culture and have an authentic experience.

The booking of the massage at the spa was unexpectedly complicated, but the massage itself was excellent.

Excellent location, away from the crowd and the noise. The staff was very helpful and sincerely kind, our room was beautiful and comfortable. We loved the terrace of our room and the view. The swimming pool is excellent

Expect to have geckos in your room. This is normal, as the hotel is close to the forest. The staff was very supportive in trying to remove the geckos, but of course it kept coming back. If you suffer from a reptile phobia, then better find another accommodation. The location is a bit remote, but you can use the shuttle from the hotel, which is very convenient.

The staff here was the best I ever encountered. The garden and the swimming pool were absolutely amazing.
