A lot of mosquitoes during our stay but they provided anti-mosquitoes repellant.

The villa is huge and the staff is very accomodatingand nice.

It could be said that the property is a bit far from the main centre, but this was manageable and made us enjoy the property even more.

The property has a fantastic set up, true comfort with more than enough space both within the rooms and in common areas. The coy pond entrance is wow worthy, as are the bathrooms with a beautiful bath tub set up. This villa has plenty to offer and very accommodating staff. Jenni was a huge help and was truly pleasant and did all she could to make our stay enjoyable. The option to book massages and order food was a great touch and we loved every minute of our stay!

They charged 2% processing fee on credit cards payment and breakfast options were limited. The place is bit far from ubud centre, was a bit hard to find and get the keys and very limited food options around.

The property is big enough with extra beds and good kitchen space. Very nice stay for big families, having pool. The beds were comfortable and overall its great.

Rat in the roof, infrastructure old and damaged in areas, rooster over the fence of garden view rooms.

There are few villas around under this property. I would propose the owner to list the Villa no# in the booking in order to prevent confusion. It take a while for my tour guide to find the exact villa location. Besides, the pool is too deep for children to play.

The location was a bit further out of town than we expected, but there was nothing we could actually fault about the villa or staff. Food was good, pricing was excellent, and the rooms were clean and comfortable

Quite far out of Ubud centre. Decking around pool could do with replacing - a little dangerous in parts.

It was clean and comfortable. Staff were wonderful and very welcoming. Food was enjoyable and well priced. Loved the outdoor bathroom.

The place gets a little slushy when it rains especially the lawns. The breakfast area can improve with better fruit flies management and much better looking kitchen. the kitchen and reception how can they be the same place?

The cottage hut itself was very nice with the semi open bathroom. the front yard is great with open space and garden

A little distant from the main centres of activity but given that there are options for transportation (scooters and ‘taxis’), not a deal breaker.

A lovely setting adjacent to rice terraces offering a very private cluster of villas around a central pool. Very helpful and discrete staff. Close to a couple of good restaurants (especially Tini Kitchen!!)

Breakfast options for vegetarians were limited and not enough vessels in the kitchen. Not enough mosquito coil was there

In a quiet location, close to everything with an amazing hospitality. Very comfortable room, with a really polite staff! The villa is very huge and come with private pool - we really enjoyed during our stay and don't want to go out, just relax and chill by the pool. Not really far from the center, they also provide shutter server to/from Ubud center.
