Newly renovated resort with breathtaking views of the lush rainforest and valley. Staff are all so attentive and welcoming. We enjoyed the stay so much that we booked another night while here.

Breakfast can be improved a lot, even though the selection is rather big, the quality of the ingredients is not top notch.

Pretty much everything. We had a junior suite with a view which is comparable to the rice terrace nearby, it was magical. Services and pool are also very very good and the staff is very friendly and ready to help

The only issue we had was the stairs.(My husband recently had knee surgery so he struggled)

The resort is just stunning! Our room was lovely and all facilities were clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Our massage was divine! We also enjoyed the swimming pool.

Nothing not to like.

Very well maintained, yummy brekkie, good location (not close to ubud but Grab is cheap), spacious rooms - not modern and some touch ups required but every morning I saw staff doing one thing or another and it’s v clean which for us was important coming with a small baby. Big shout-out to the spa team - excellent massage! Laundry service inexpensive. Some reviews on here talked about lots of steps, and it’s true there are lots of steps to go down to various rooms but it’s like that in most hotels in Ubud that have jungle views. So if you don’t want to walk up lots of steps, you’ll have to sacrifice the jungle feel. We asked hotel to give us the room in our category closest to the reception and it wasn’t so bad.

Only slight criticism was the number of sun loungers at the pool - they could do with a few more.

Lots of stairs! Made for a beautiful quiet spot for our villa and great views of the jungle but be prepared to walk up and down stairs.

Very tranquil and peaceful. Loved the traditional Balinese architecture. Great room service and breakfast. Pool was perfect size for young family. Staff were absolutely lovely, very hospitable and polite, well spoken and fluent English.

Loved the location, it’s away from the business of the centre but still close enough. There’s restaurants close by you can walk to. The scenery is amazing and the view of the mountains from the pool is beautiful. Everything was very clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Loved the restaurant for breakfast and one night we ordered room service and that was great as well. Definitely recommend.

As it's built into a steep sloes, there can be a lot of steps depending on wher your room is. This didn't bother us, but could be an issue if you have young kids or have mobility problems.

Traditional Balinese architecture, it had character. The pool area was lovely. It's so peaceful and quiet. Very steep as built into the side of a revine with views down to the river. Staff were super helpful and friendly. It was the perfect place to stay with a group of friends. I'd definitely stay again.

The room needs a deep clean. The bathroom is particularly dirty.

Perfect resort for an Ubud experience. Absolutely beautiful and the view from our room was incredibly special. The pool, pool bar, included breaky and restaurant were all awesome and inexpensive in comparison with the price of meals in town. Staff were helpful and the airport transfer super efficient. We LOVED our stay and would stay again.
