The water pressure was next to nothing, impossible to have a shower, didn’t have hot water for a day also.

Second time staying there, the property is starting to show some ware. Still a nice stay, quite location, good breakfast.

Not all rooms have lift access, so the unfortunate ones have to climb up the stairs with their luggage. The staffs are helpful, so it’s not a big deal to do a little exercise. But a bit of warning would be better. Ghe swimming pool picture is very misleading, it’s actually tiny..

The rooms are spacious and clean. Comfortable beds and good amenities.

extremely loud dogs at night, barking and fighting, made sleeping very difficult every single night. No one tried to stop them being loud so sometimes went on for hours. Power cut twice during stay, which lead to aircon switching off and getting very hot, no phone call from staff to inform us of when it would restart. Bed sheets to short so kept unraveling during the night.

The staff were lovely. Great location accessible to everything via taxi or scooter. I ended up with Bali belly during my stay, and they extended our room for one night as soon as I asked, they were very accommodating!

 The swimming pool was nothing like the photograph in a very dark unclean area, and basically not usable The layout of the rooms was very nice but unfortunately, when it rains, there’s no place to gather go or be outside of the room

all window no view at all pool location should not be at back side .. better in the middle . we can not enjoy as too dark and not lively place my room has connecting door to next room so thin door. so hear all noisy the kid next door screaming crying bang the door ..

we expected can use kitchen but at the end no as.the air circulation not good. we afraid whole unit become smelly

Really small breakfast. The show smells like salted water or fish, and it had sand on the floor.

The breakfast was really tasty, but very small (when u order pancakes, u will get one pancake, when u order avocado toast, u get one loaf of bread). Aslo room has Netflix 🤩🤩

They need to buy new pillows (some of them are stained), as well as pillow protectors.

We arrived and were warmly welcomed by lovely smiley staff. Check in was very quick and easy, and we were shown to our room within minutes. Frustratingly, we were taken to a suite/apartment different to the one we had selected and booked on Booking.com. Pretty typical of Bali where you're shown photos of one thing and get something completely different. However, whilst we initially felt annoyed by that, we considered what we had and made it work for us. Whilst of course sorting a reasonable, fair and rightful discount with Booking.com, who I have to say, their support, unlike Airbnb who take 3 plus days to even acknowledge a request, then another 3 plus days to deal with it, as well as drag you through the ringer and cause even more stress during your getaway, Booking.com dealt with our matter very swiftly and within a matter of hours. We truly appreciated that! We actually had a lovely apartment - bright, clean, well decorated, and spacious (although not as big as what we originally chose and booked! We were expecting a large kitchen area with the island in the middle, in which we were excited to finally do some cooking of our own. Instead we had a small kitchenette section against the wall) so we didn't do any cooking. They have a good sized smart TV but you can't seem to get Netflix on it. However, we connected our laptop to an HDMI lead and got it to work just fine. There is a daily clean with lovely staff who make up your bed and do a clean, sweep and mop of the apartment. There's hot water woohoo! Sounds crazy to rave about that but there are many places that only have cold showers 🥶 The staff are truly on the ball with regards to your needs. If you need new towels or toilet paper, etc, you'll get it within minutes. The pool area is intimate, and the pool itself refreshing. The surrounding area has a few restaurants and cafes to choose from which was great.

I was quite happy with my accommodation, nothing to report here.

Lovely suite,very spacious. Staff very helpful with organising early room service for breakfast as I was catching a transfer to Nusa Lembongan. It was very, very quiet even though it was off a very busy road. This was a huge bonus, the pool area was lovely as well.

It is not very close to many food places so we had to walk 10-15 mins.

Breakfast was delicious, room was like being in Greece and very peaceful area. Bed was super comfortable.

Every staff are so nice and peaceful. we stayed with my son and they were so happy to look after my son while we had to load our baggage. Breakfast is delicious ( my favourite is nasigoreng) it’s really quite and chill at the night time so we could let our son sleep really well! There’s a nice cafe which you can walk to and also you can walk to a convenience store. 5-10 minutes drive to a super market! Super recommend staying here specially if you have kids :)

The pool area was small and mostly in the shade. Not really an issue we just like the sun. However our room did have a couple of leaks in the bathroom and there were many ants but it didn’t really bother us.

Lovely boutiquey hotel. Gorgeous rooms and interior and a wonderful breakfast! Loved our stay here.

Our only had one criticism was that when we ordered our first breakfast we were told our breakfast wasn’t included in the price we had paid however when booked stated breakfast included. This was annoying and coursed unnecessary stress. The matter was rectified fairly quickly but better communication between reception & kitchen staff is needed.

Great variety for choice of selection. Breakfast came promptly. The layout of the rooms was very good and provided lots of storage also. These are very quaint suites with a beautiful Colional modern style , the decor was beautiful also. Will definitely book again in the future. Thankyou we loved our stay & felt safe in property.

The property was beautiful, breakfast was yummy and fresh. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The security even waited for us to get there even though our flight got it late. And then in the morning when I had to go find milk for my baby, the guy followed us on his scooter to make sure we didn’t get lost and got what we needed at 645am! So friendly and helpful!
