We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsThe actual name of the place isn't Reddoorz Plus, it's Urban view Hotel My Honai. And the address is on the corner of Jalan Terusan Setraria II and Jalan Terusan Setraria IV, not on Jalan Terusan Setraria I. Inconvenient if you use Grab or similar. Light of the central corridor shone straight into my eyes when I was lying in bed. Bedlinnen had stains, but felt clean otherwise.
Matras and shower were ok.

AustraliaThe water pressure was terrible, couldn't even wash properly, water pressure maybe 25% out of 100. Very noisy at night inside hotel in corridor, there is no soundproofing at all so don't expect to get much sleep. Also there is some sort of scamming going on. I paid full in advance and money definitely deducted from bank account, it wasn't holding deposit, it was actually a complete withdrawal and they tell me that they didn't take the money out of my account and said it will be forwarded back and they made me pay the complete amount in cash and I was not given a receipt for payment and there was some kind of dispute regarding trying to deceit me, and I screamed out for police but they didn't call, after 1 hour I managed to get out of there, I went straight to a local shop and they instantly called and got police involved. And the police attended the situation and got me out of there after learning everything and they assisted me in all aspects. They were very helpful. I have stayed at thousands of hotels all round the World and never had problems, and interestingly my credit card was tried to be used for payment again at the same hotel and my bank has stopped the payment without me knowing at the start because my phone didn't work in a foreign country until I had WiFi at the airport after 3 hours. It is good that my bank was alert and stopped the transaction and notified me regarding the transaction and now my card is cancelled so it can't be used by others and a new one is being produced and sent. As I said before. To all the travellers that may be reading my comments, please be extremely careful when travelling regarding your cards and cash and such. I wouldn't want anyone to experience my current nasty experience that I had. It was a horrible experience. Please be careful when travelling.
