IndiaLocation in residential area. No breakfast/meals at the hotel. Nearby (2 blocks walk) restaurants close by 9:30-10:00pm. We had check out 4-5 restaurants before finding one that served us dinner at 10:00 pm. The towels were old and worn out.

AustriaThe bedsheets were not clean when I came there. I told them and got a different room. Bathroom drain wasn't working properly so I could only shower for a short period of time. No source for drinking water on site besides two small bottles in the room. Had to make a trip to the next supermarket to buy water bottles.
Staff was very friendly. Price is fair.

The room is large and quiet ... The AC make the room feel comfortable .. they have hot shower ... Very nice The bed is clean, the bathroom also spacious .. great The staff is friendly and helpful This place is located in center of Denpasar so it is near to everywhere ... there are Many good restaurants, many stores and much more, around this place. all at walking distance The value for maney is very good.

United KingdomSheets had lots of stains, the room had a bad smell, air con only worked a little bit despite trying to change settings. The fridge was filthy and the general cleanliness wasn’t up to standards.
Staff were really friendly, check-in and check-out was straight forward. The room had a mini fridge and kettle. Considering it is in the city, it had minimal noise.

United Kingdom-Booking.com states that advanced payment is required for this but the payment won’t be taken until the date of your stay. Upon arrival no one queried any payment so assumed it was all fine and paid for. In the evening I got a message from booking.con stating that the property declined my payment card (I thought it was odd as I used the card for another booking on the same day) and asked to update my payment details. I did this and thought it was all sorted. At 8.30 someone from the hotel knocked on the door asking for payment, I explained that half an hour ago I updated my payment card and he went away to check. Never came back so assumed it was all fine. At 10pm received another message from booking.con stating that the property declined my payment method. Went to reception to query it and the guy told me that its not him its booking.com- incorrect as the message clearly stated that the property declined it. He asked me to pay by cash and that he will accompany me to the ATM. AVOID, they clearly want cash payment and deliberately keep declining your cards. -Room full of mosquitoes even though all windows were closed. -Bathroom has not been cleaned since the last guest, used soap in the shower. -No cover or even a bedsheet on the duvet, duvet was not clean

United Statesthe room is very humid and i think they have problems with their sewage system because it smells in the outside and even inside the room (bathroom is the worst). i literally had to hold my breath everytime i enter bathroom. their sheet, towel, and floor mat have stains and old. they didn’t change the sheet and towel everyday even when i already put the sign and told them to. wifi didn’t work really well so i had to go to the cafe if i need to work.
the location is convenient, close to many food options. staffs were helpful too. price is cheap.
