IndonesiaElevator is so bad. Need more elevator. 36 floor building only 4 elevator that goes all the way to top floor. Even worse 1 one of them is out of service. Staff keep telling 1 is out of service. Even if it is on service it’s still insufficient. Needs at least 6 elevator that serves up to the top.

IndonesiaOur room is right around the corner from the elevator, so we can hear the elevator going up and down, it takes time to get our ears used to it, doesn’t bother us afterwards
We like everything, spacious room with table and couch that allows us to work from our room, the window allows plenty of natural light during the day and at night the room has good lighting. AC was a bit noisy but comfortable we can set the temperature ourselves. The is a sliding door that keeps the bedroom area separate from the bathroom area, which was a genius touch, not only it cuts down the noise from the corridors, it also made sure that if one of us needs to use the bathroom, the sliding door keeps the bedroom quiet and dark. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices, always fresh and hot, coffee was plentiful. Location of the hotel is also very convenient for the things that we need to get done.

the bed was comfortable, with large pillows made you sleep deeper the bathroom itself tidy and neat even little bit smaller size for this kind of hotel and most memorable experience was the breakfast, complete and lot of choices

Hospitality, clean, and such a helpful and thoughful toward my family, experiences an emergency situation to hospital at 01:30 am. My mom condition was critical, the Staff able to help to provide vehicle for us to go to ER at nearby hospital. At the morning the manager reached me to check my mom condition, assisted my 3 years old son & his nanny for breakfast, such a thoughful of you. Thank you

NetherlandsThere wasn't a comfortable chair in the room. There wasn't an office chair, nor a desk where I could comfortably work on my computer. Sitting on the couch without backrest at the round table was not very comfortable for my back: got back pain.
To my pleasant surprice I received invitation to participate on the 33rd floor, the VIP lounge, for breakfast and late afternoon drinks and snacks. Very nice and excellent . Thank you
