We have to laundry straight away when it is delivered, paid at the door. Will us running away and not paid???

Finally, the towel is newer, more white and fluffy. Just need to regularly clean the drainage area in the shower room (seem lots of hair and makes clogging)

The Aircon started leaking late in evening. Engineering did come soon after but this is not the first time the AC has leaked and maybe some "periodic maintenance" is lacking. It was only slightly inconvenient but can be FIXED.

I stay here on all my visits and recommend it if the location in JKT is what we need.

AC leaking, it happened to me in a few rooms. BUT this is NOT a critical issue to me. Some external noise from "some" rooms.

Breakfast is a rather expensive option but for my purpose, the comfort and convenience it is worth it. Small customer nbs make it easy, the food is quite local with Burbur Ayam my favorite, fresh fruit (juice options could be a bit expanded). Nice location with indoor (AC) and outdoor (Veranda!) for smokers. HUGE RAP (good blessings) for staff Wuri who remember "like" honey. On this trip there was none available (1st morning), next morning Wuri brought me some (from somewhere) and THAT was an action of a an EXCELLENT staff. SHE is enough to bring me back to stay at Veranda.

The size of room for 30m2 is still a bit too tight and on the request there’s free extra bed but apparently you have to pay for it

The THUMPING noise of the music from the venue below. I was in room #01-02. The LIFT was undergoing service and that was not good experience wait for lifts.

The shower was on the same plane as the rest of the bathroom so upon showering the water went everywhere. You could also hear the outside noise in the mornings (mainly the neighbourhood prayers I think) so the room wasnt completely soundproof. But overall nothing too major.

Great location, amenities and facilities. Easy check in - although there was a small deposit at the beginning but nothing major. Super helpful staff at the lobby too and good place to chill on the ground floor.

Fitness center was super tiny! Had to to wait in line to use everything. Breakfast had little selections. Quality of food was not impressive.

The facility conditions are became bad and bad. I have stayed last year too and I can see obviously nothing improved since last year. The water is still leaking from the aircon, moreover the aircon power is very weak and just noisy. Unfortunately I will stay at another hotel next time.

Around the hotel got many local food shop that is what I like to eat in Indonesia.

The room lock was broken so a staff had to follow me up every time. I tried going down the stairs once and it set of an alarm but no one told me which stairs to use. The staff were hopeless at communicating. There were several times they took the wrong key card and once they locked me into someone elses room.

First of all Housekeeping's staff so great, before that incident happened on nite time I checking in, 1st impressed wash shocked because on the hallway was smells smoking and my bedroom too, it causing my asthma bad, I had bad nite sleep, I complained, next day the management called me & apologized for inconvenient, they give me free breakfast but sadly I can't make it because my jetlagged situation. Housekeeping's staff so awesome, another day on same floor I stayed was smells stink cause by smoking, am not yet complain to hotel's staff, on same day am back on afternoon time, I noticed they put ozone machine to purified the air. I am so happy how quick they do action. So I extend stayed on different floor until I flight back home to UK. All staff from Veranda Residence at Puri so helpful, kindly and yes I did feels like this hotel is my 2nd home here. Thank you for your hospitality during I stayed. I will see you all this December 2023. All the best
