Everything! The place is absolutely stunning, it has everything you need. It's perfect location so it's nice and quiet, just the sound of nature but close enough to centre of Ubud to get there easily. Agung and his team are so helpful and will sort everything out. We can't thank them enough and we wished we didn't have to leave. We will be back, for sure!

Gorgeous villa with wonderful staff Pool is a great size and so clean. Beds both beautiful and really comfortable. Adored the semi outdoor bathrooms. Comfortably takes 6 people. Restaurants nearby. House manager was wonderfully helpful sorting out drivers and even taking us out himself. So kind and welcoming. Would encourage everyone to stay here.

A little maintenance could be done here and there but all in all the place was beatiful.

The staff was amazing and they arranged a beatiful birthday dinner with decorations and cake for my mom. The villa is beautiful and we enjoyed it very much! Staff were super helpful and made our wishes come true :)

WOW!!!! this place exceeded any expectations! Agu and Maria were phenomenal hosts, so helpful and kind. What a beautiful spot- felt safe with the kids here, rich culture right on your doorstep with sublime food offerings not far away. The flora and fauna felt like I was in an avatar movie! Hopefully we will be back to this paradise asap. Unbelievable holiday!

There was nothing to dislike!

Property was so clean, serene and comfortable, with an awesome pool and view, convenient to restaurants and sightseeing and activities around Ubud. Agung was a fantastic host, so responsive, flexible and helpful - he and his team went out of their way to give us a wonderful vacation: Agung and his cousin Putu drove us around with great skill in 2 very comfortable cars, including to tourist activities, picking us up from the airport and taking us to our next Villa in Seminyak. They were both very knowledgeable and we enjoyed hearing about Balinese lifestyle, history and culture, and their English was very good. At our request, Agung arranged for Maria and her helper to shop for us and cooked up huge and delicious breakfasts. They looked after us so well and we had a great time. I would highly recommend Aashaya Villa Ubud for families and adult groups. I could have stayed there forever, and will stay there again if we return to Ubud!

Really good size both internally and externally. The entire staff were great and nothing was too much. They organised a number of trips for us which were great and at a good price. The driver especially Kadic, was very friendly and knowledgeable. Great stay!

There are a few small and easy to fix things that would make the villa 10/10. The garden sunchairs are old and worn out and the sofa (although comfortable) would benefit from a refreshment (deep cleaning, new upholstery).

Villa is surrounded by beautiful nature and is set in a great location, 3 km north from Ubud centre. There are several restaurants also on waking distance, with scooter the location is ideal. We loved the open living room and the kitchen was well equipped.

This Villa is awesome. It is northern (approx. 3 km) to Ubud. You dont hear the traffic noise or anything which makes you uncomfortable. Just the ‚Bali Jungle‘ sound. You escape the hustle and bustle which is in Ubud. There are 3 bedrooms. Each one has a bathroom. In the middle of the villa there is an open living room and an open kitchen. There‘s also a garden with a great pool. Everything is clean. At the opposite of the street there is a nice local Restaurant with local prices. The ‚Heart‘ of this Villa is Maria. She will do the daily cleaning and will make the breakfast. She is a great person, who will help you with everything you need (restaurants, highlights of bali,…). I highly recommend this Villa!

Because it is jungle view, there are geckos and small lizards on the walls and the room may have small insects come at night due to the light so that is just one negative.

The property was very neat and clean. The staff was very responsive, they came to clean everyday and took their time to do it properly. The amenities were all there. The interior of the villa is beautiful, very rustic vibes. It is a little small than it looks in the picture but the rooms were decent sized and all the bathrooms have open shower areas
