Everything! Quiet location, good sized property, nice pool. Agus, the caretaker, was so welcoming and made us a lovely breakfast every morning!

The common living area and kitchen area was not enclosed so naturally, being in a forested area, insects and geckos could freely roam and the villa didn't feel as clean as we would have wanted. That said, people who appreciate being in nature would enjoy Villa Bindi's vibes.

Agus was a great host, cooked us an amazing breakfast spread every day and catered to our needs. We felt very well taken care of during our stay.

The one thing about Villa Bindi, is the sidewalk is/was SO SLIPPERY Myself, my husband slipped..and my cousin actually slipped and fell. A little power washing and removal of algae every few months would be of great help for future guests Although this won't stop us from visiting again, just thought it would be worth mentioning.

Our host Agus (pronounced Ah-goose) was spot on #1!! A+++ he made us breakfast every morning. Fresh fruits and fresh eggs/omelets. Pancakes. He was super knowledgeable and so sweet. He was our tour guide for a few days aswell. He had such great attitude and was always happy. He took us to the hidden gems and we really got to experience Ubud Bali like a local aswell. So entertaining.

The villa layout was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 3 teenagers. The pool is huge for a private villa and the garden setting was beautiful. On top of all this, Agus the caretaker, cooked a beautiful breakfast each day, thoroughly cleaned everything and became not only our tour guide but a friend. Agus is a credit to this villa and nothing was too much trouble. We didn't want to come home. There are many warungs within walking g distance to sat at and the Bintang supermarket is a lovely 15 minute walk away.

Private and very quiet villa away from the busy Ubud streets. Agus was very friendly and made delicious breakfasts including fabulous fruit plates. Bonus was to have a washing machine.

Villa Bindi was in a great location and our host Agus was the highlight of our stay!! He was so friendly with a great sense of humour. He cooked us a delicious breakfast everyday, taught us about his culture, and helped us organise day tours and massages at the villa. We had filtered water and a washing machine and were walking distance from Ubud center, plenty of restaurants, pharmacy, suprettes, yoga and massage businesses, everything we needed.

whole property was terrific and Aguss prepared the most amazing breakfasts for us - it was different every day. Aguss the house manager looks after the property immaculately. Aguss attention to detail is great. We were 3 family members and it was so comfortable with the 3 bedrooms and 3 ensuites. Lots of private nooks to rest relax or read. We spent many hours in the fabulous pool or beside it.

We didn’t stay longer

We stayed at Villa Bindi with 3 couples and everyone loved the place. Its a only a short walk from a busy road but far enough away to not hear any traffic noise. The Villa was very clean and the outdoor kitchen/ lounge area facing the pool and garden/ Jungle setting was fantastic and very relaxing. Having a washing machine and clothes line to use at the villa was very handy. We were greeted by Agus when we arrived. Agus would come in the mornings whatever time we wanted to have breakfast and he would cook us breakfast with fresh ingredients sometimes from his own garden and gave us a choice of what we would like to have but we mainly went with his suggestions and he didn’t disappoint. The banana pancakes and omelettes were awesome. Agus was happy to arrange drivers or tours we needed for our day excursions. There are plenty of dinner options close by but we mainly ate at the Bali Hampton which is a short walk. The food was great , well priced and can get takeaway to bring back to the villa. the ribs are awesome! Agus is such a fantastic host , always happy, smiling and we looked forward every morning to catching up with him for a laugh and a chat. Everyone in our group enjoyed Villa Bindi and we would highly recommend Agus and Villa Bindi to anyone coming to stay in Ubud.

The property manager, Agus, is fantastic, friendly, great cook, very helpful when booking activities and he takes great care of the property. The location is good. It’s about 20 minutes walk to the town centre so you’re close but it’s far enough away to feel relaxed and quiet. There’s a great massage place really close by too.

The property is very pretty and expertly maintained. The three rooms are all spacious - two rooms have one large bed each, the other room has two single beds.

The lane to the villa is very dark at night. There seems to be lights but they were not on.

Away from the madding crowd but close enough to get there if you wanted to.

This villa's location is great. It's a short walk from the main road and accessible by scooter. The villa, the garden, and the pool is very well-maintained. Agus is very friendly and tries to help you with any request or errand. Great breakfasts too.

It was very difficult to find the Villa as there was no signage at the main road. Even our local driver could not find. Wasted 40 minutes to search for the villa. Please put a signage at the main road. Unfortunately we had two days without ceiling fan in 1 bedroom. The mobile number given on booking.com was not answered and messaged many times with no answer.

Villa was beautiful with nice rooms and swimming pool. Breakfast was delicious and our host Agus was very helpful. He gave us lots of local information.

It is near great restaurants and close enough to get in and out of Ubud easily, but the property itself is very quiet and private. Lots of space to stretch your legs and relax. A great value for what the property offers. Agus makes an amazing breakfast every day and tidies up each room every morning. He also set us up with W. Glemo, who drove us around for two days for a exceptional price.

A stronger wi-fi router could be useful. The person staying in bedroom furtherest from the router had occasional interruption of signal.

We didn't realize breakfast would be prepared every day, we expected a supply of breakfast foods to snack on, but the caretaker/cook Agus prepare delicious breakfast with fresh eggs from chickens in his village, and fresh local fruit at the peak of ripeness. Agus was helpful, good-humored, funny, generous patient with our arrange of questions about Bali culture and services -- all qualities you would value in a close friend. Truly, an invaluable unexpected feature of renting this villa. An important unanticipated benefit is that after entering via two small steps, the Villa is all on one level, which turned out to be crucial for one of our party who suffered a bad fall elsewhere in Bali and required use of a wheelchair. Villa Bindi mercifully turned out to be ideal in that respect, easy for him to navigate throughout the villa. All four in our party (adults) look forward to visiting again. Location is great, quiet yet an easy walk to central Ubud. Great value for the price.

We stayed in the villa with the family, 5 people. The villa could host more people. Charming and private, in a great location - everything accessible walking. Nice pool to refresh in the evening. The host - Angus - is great, he made us delicious breakfasts (the best omelets and fruits, pancakes). He gave us good advices on the area and was always happy to help. I would like to come there again
