Open kitchen attracts too many insects and crawlers (small lizards)

Komang is Super host. She provides good advice and excellent services. Villa Jimmy is close to amenities and many options to explore. Food:There are many halal options in the surrounding. Can also use Grab to order food but it can be delayed in peak hours Massage: Many spas around the corner with reasonable rate. Ask Komang and she can prganize someone to come to your villa with slight additional charge. Plenty of mini marts around the corner as well..

A great villa in the heart of Seminyak. Large rooms, air con ok, large bathrooms, awesome pool. The host was so amazing and accommodating.

Loved the layout, beautiful and clean. Still in the hussle and bustle of Seminyak, close to everything yet could barely hear any traffic, felt like you were far away. Will definitely book again when coming to Bali ❤️

- Shower was a bit sparse - perhaps can change shower heads - More floormats would be great as we get wet often due to the pool

- Comfortable bed and spacious space - Centrally located, it was easy for us to catch a Grab - Komang (caretaker) was very helpful in our enquiries - Laundry, facial spa and Circle K (convenience store) just 30 meters outside and very reasonably priced

Villa Jimmy is exactly like in the pictures and we loved it. The living/kitchen/dining area is huge and very comfortable. We spent a lot of time here when there were unseasonal rains, and we didn't mind a bit. The bedrooms and bathrooms are lovely. The aircon and wifi are excellent. Komang is a great host, she has great English and loves to chat. The surrounding area is filled with excellent restaurants. We liked Milos warung souvlaki (excellent value), Ingka (lovely food and a beautiful garden), the amazing and tiny Barishi, Japanese Fusion Dining and the famous Naughty Nuri's Warung which has queues out the front day and night. Villa Jimmy is a bit of a walk (around 15 minutes and the same in a car along chaotic streets) to Seminyak proper. there is great shopping here and heaps more restaurants and bars. If you want to go to Cangguu take a scooter, trying to get there in a car, especially in the afternoon is nigh impossible.

Outdoor area can get hot, as expected in Bali

Komang, our host, was very helpful with anything we needed. Very friendly with great communication. Having a water cooler was an underated feature, saving plastic and effort. Beautiful pool and quiet location

We had the absolute best stay at Villa Jimmy, it felt like our home away from home. Looks exactly like the pictures!! Komang is so accommodating and helpful, we really enjoyed breakfast each morning at the Villa. The Villa is so clean and well maintained! Location wise, the Villa is close to everything, we felt it was tucked away from the busyness of Seminyak but still walking distance to everything we needed, so really the best of both worlds.

The pictures are vert accurate. The pool is big enough to do laps. The bedrooms have air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms. Koman was wonderful, so helpful. The villa is down a drive off a busy street but is very quiet.

We like the area the villa was located at, and the cleaning staff was great and very professional, our rooms were clean every day and well maintained, if their was any problems it was fixed and taken care of straight away..couldn't be more happier with the service Definitely will stay again next time..

one suggestion would be to put some fans in the outdoor area (kitchen and lounge room) as the sun beams in the morning and is very hot. the fans would just help with circulation.

The villa was amazing, great location, super accomodating and has everything we need.. Komang the housekeeper is amazing, she was fantastic with our kids, super helpful and nothing was a hassle. she always come in with a smile and made our trip the best.
