We absolutely loved our time at Villa Nya. Sure the villa is beautiful, each of the three rooms have their own character, the pool, and the lush green surroundings but the true highlight of our stay were our amazing hosts, Eka, Wayan and the rest of team who made our stay so much more memorable through their genuine warmth and care. Matur suksma, bli bagus Eka and Wayan!

There is no shared lounge room to sit comfortably nor and indoor space to gather that is bug free and air conditioned. We wanted to relax and be alone and secluded once we got there. Although the staff were friendly I didn’t want them showing us every room and walking us through. We ordered breakfast the following day and when breakfast was delivered a guy came in the clean the pool and then they came back an hour later to do the dishes in the villa. I didn’t want others in my space and didn’t few it necessary for the pool to be cleaned the day after we arrived.

Stunning property close walking distance to everything. About 1km to ubud market. The bathroom was stunning.

The Property is hidden at the end of a narrow path, it feels very secure with security guard at night before the entrances to 3 villas. When you open the gate it’s like you are entering rural jungle location not Ubud centre. Pool is amazing . Rooms are beautifully decorated with separate toilet and jungle style showers. But the most important part about the property is the host. WAYAN is the kindest, friendliest person. Nothing was to much trouble for him and I was able to message him directly if we were out and there was something we were not sure about. We left the villa two days ago and I still message him and he is so helpful. This Villa is so lucky to have him because he is just special and makes you feel like you made a friend while on holiday that you could turn to if you needed help in case of emergency. That provides great sense of security when you far away from home. Thank you WAYAN , we may come back to Bali just to meet you again ❤️

It did take a bit of getting used to that the villa was open, but that contributed to the whole experience. I didnt realise that the three rooms were ‘separate buildings’ with external door locks. We revelled with one child so I stayed with her, could be a little tricky if travelling with a few kids and not being close to them. Whilst it didn’t bother us, something to look out for.

Everything about the property was lovely - the decor, garden setting and the villa itself. It was quiet from all the motorbikes, and whilst not in the centre of town, a lot of restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. Staff were available if needed and able to facilitate anything required and Ari was very responsive and helpful with all correspondence.

A bit of a walk from the main street (cannot be accessed by car) but the staff were so helpful to get our luggages in and out, so it wasn't a big problem.

All is great. The bedrooms were cozy, kitchen had eveything you needed, bathrooms were clean. Pool was nice. As you has expected staying in Ubud was lots of insects but Villa Nya provided enough insect repellant and spray. We actually enjoyed the sound of the birds, chickens, gecko from surrounding areas. Bli Wayan, Bli Eka, and the other staff made sure our stay was comfortable.

Two fans in the rooms were not working. However, AC was working. That kept us ok in the room with huge humidity in the area.

Everything was exceptional, but if we were give a feedback, it would have been great to have new towels each day.

The staff were very friendly and prompt to address any questions that we had. We felt very safe having staff just outside the villa if we needed. The rooms were spacious and loved that each room had an en suite. The pool was big and clean. We also loved the breakfast, it was delicious and really appreciate that it was offered for free! We couldn’t be happier and would recommend this accomodation to family and friends.

No comfortable seating - sofa too deep to lean back, dining chairs wire with no cushions, no chair in bedroom.

Beautiful oasis of quiet in such a busy town. Lovely pool, complete privacy. Friendly staff come in the morning to make breakfast. International power adapters provided.

The location and size of the property particularly the bathrooms was fabulous! The host Wyem (sorry dont know the correct spelling) was warm and genuine that clearly cared that you enjoyed your stay. Would go back to this villa in a heartbeat, absolutely recommend

Nothing, everything was superb

We had unexpectedly excellent experience staying in Villa NYA Ubud. Before checkin, Villa manager contacted us to make sure he’s in the Villa upon our arrival to hand over the keys and introduce the Villa. The Villa has 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 room with 2 single beds, can be used as massage room), we were all very amazed by the vibe and the Bali style decor of the Villa. It was also very well maintained and fully equipped with cookware and cutlery for guests who wish to cook. During our stay, one of us unfortunately got sick and the house manager was very responsive on WhatsApp, he immediately offered to arrange doctor on call for us, and luckily our friend felt much better after IV and medicine. I felt very lucky to have stayed in Villa NYA Ubud, without their help, we wouldn’t have been able to get medical assistance within short time. Another pro of the Villa: very near to clinic, only 3mins walking distance hahaha. Overall, we all highly recommend this Villa, it’s located not far from Ubud market, very near to signing seeing spots and many great restaurant. Also, super friendly and warm people here is the other reason that we will absolutely come back to this Villa when visiting Bali again!

Whilst the location was within walking distance of the palace (20-25mins) the roads are very busy and it was exhausting keeping vigilant for errant scooters and cars in the heat. The open plan nature of the villa meant that mosquitos were a bit of a problem, particularly with no nets at night.

Beautiful villa located within walking distance of central Ubud with wonderful private pool. Breakfast cooked on site every morning. Wayan was incredibly helpful organising laundry and tickets for Kecak dancing.

Wayan and Eka were amazing, they helped so much with transfers and bookings and everything we needed was responded to so quickly. We especially loved the food we ordered and had delivered to the villa, from luwih. It was so fresh and delicious and super affordable. We didn't eat anywhere else. We will be back as we loved everything about the villa, thank you for everything.

Mosquitos in open space area

Clean and spacious villa that can host up to 6 adults. It have awesome swimming pool which staff will clean up every morning. And excellent choices of breakfasts, all of it taste fabulous. Great time for me & my family to relax and unwind.

Villa Nya was the BEST experience ever for our group. Wayan, Eka and the team were so attentive and helped us in any way possible. Rooms were immaculate and breakfast was amazing! We especially loved the bathrooms and the pool area. Location was good as well as it was 15 minute walk to the main street and had some really good cafes and restaurants nearby. It was very relaxing and serene. We would definitely stay again just to see Wayan!

It was the nicest stay we had in our whole 3 week trip. comfortable bed, spacious for the whole family, we were all close but still had our own privacy and each room had their own bathroom. The location was central yet quite down a lane way with restaurants, juice bars and shopping on our doorstep. The staff were amazing, service was second to none, and they kept our rooms and garden and pool immaculate. The laundry service was prompt and cheap.
