Bathroom door didn’t close fully but that was so minor.

Pool was literally at your doorstep! It’s an understatement to say the staff were amazing. They helped us with our bags, our bikes, you name it they were there to help.

Very good stay in Gili T. Far from the noisy areas but close enough to get there in 5 min by bike. Rooms were good - simple but worked for us. Breakfast was included and very good. Staff is incredibly friendly and competent - we really appreciated it. Pool is also very good after a day at the beach. We recommend it

Points to improve: Pool wasn't full available for use (some chemicals applied) and electricity dropping many times a day (and over night).

Excellent staying!! Hotel is very good and staff is amazing, warful and helpful. Breakfast is very delicious. Location is quite place, so far away of noise areas.

Our room was a bit outdated and could use some updates—at the very least, a fresh coat of paint and a few minor repairs. There was a hole in the bathroom ceiling, and the air conditioner was leaking water. It wasn't too bad at first, but on our last night, the leak worsened. We had to turn the AC off and could only run it for 15-20 minutes every few hours.

The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with anything you need. The location is great, and you can rent bikes for quick and easy access to beaches, bars, and restaurants. There's also a large pool available, though we didn’t use it, as we prefer swimming in the sea.

As vegans we thought the available choices for breakfast were limited.

It is far from the port so it’s a long walk in the heat (please don’t use the horses). We recommend stopping at a cafe half way. Plus there’s a cold welcome drink waiting for you when you arrive!

Need somewhere to hang or put the clothes. The room is big enough for a wardrobe or some hanging place/ cupboard. We only had a bamboo ladder to lay clothes over/ dry towels.

Ronny and the staff were very friendly and happy to help. Big rooms with fridge and kettle / coffee making facilities. Water available from a dispenser in the lobby. Breakfast is included (free) and we ate lunch there sometimes too. There were varied options and tasted good, at a great price. The hotel is away from the port so it’s a quiet place to stay. Quiet means you’ll have about a 15 minute walk to the port area. Or less if you hire a bike. Not all the paths are lit so take a torch!

Could have a wardrobe in our room to hang clothes. Only had a cupboard with one shelf.

Staff were incredibly helpful and kind. They always made sure to look after us and help us with anything we needed. All the staff were always welcoming and smiling. We arrived after a mount Rinjani trek - as soon as we arrived, they helped sort out laundry. I was having stomach problems, so Staff were really kind in providing me food that was okay for me to eat and checking in regularly to make sure I was okay. Rooms are large and spacious. They're clean and most importantly, super quiet at night. Staff let us know when we arrived that they ask all guests to be quiet from 22.00. Because of the location, you get no noise from parties. Location wise, you're only a couple of minutes bike ride to everything, sunset beaches, snorkeling, restaurants and shops !! I unfortunately had not been well for most of the stay, but the team at Villa Pine Tree still managed to make it the most incredible holiday so thank you so much !! When we next come back, we will stay here for sure.

Exceptional staff!! Ronny and the staff go up and beyond that anyone could ask for. Spectacular cleaned every other minute, guest leave dinning area and immediately cleared and cleaned., Huge room with cable tv and big flat screen tv. Fridge and tea/ coffee provided in room. Large bathroom with sham/cond/ hand wash. Unlimited bottled water from despencer in lobby. Pool is super clean and attended to multiply times a day. Breakfast is great value, 2 drinks, one food.. restaurant food is up market taste and I’d say a little to cheap 🤷‍♀️ 🤣 Everything I ate was delusions. Absolutely could not fault villa pine tree.
