Everything!! Couldn’t of had a better stay. The staff were so welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you. We loved the location, only a 8 minute drive using local apps. We would return in a heartbeat.

The location is a bit hard to reach with a car... the road is so narrow and dark at night

It's a beautiful and well-maintained villa, the bed is comfortable, the staff are friendly, the breakfast is great 👍 They made my son a special breakfast for his birthday without additional charge... really appreciate it 🙏

Tastefully decorated accommodation with only 3 villa’s on the property, right outside the center of Ubud overlooking the rice paddies and lovely ducks. Yunik and Dex are delightful. They serve a delicious 3 course breakfast every morning with a smile on their face. Motor cycle was arranged for us. One of those stays that feels like home. We hope to be back one day.

Aesthetically exceptional! Hidden gem! Amazing value for money. The host is kind, friendly and very entertaining. They offer breakfast set. It starts with a refreshing fresh mixed fruit juice. Followed by toast with butter and two options of jam. You can choose between plain or banana pancake. Coffee and tea options too. Room, swimming pool, and dining lounge are incredible.

Quiet and beautiful. Far away from the crowd but close enough to get everywhere daily. If you dont have a scooter, they rent. The pool is very nice too and a big add to your stay. The owner Patrick is super friendly and will do its best to make your stay as good as it can get. We stay 6 nights and could stay even longer as Ubud is perfect as a base point to see Bali. They also have great massages.

The construction works nearby- started very early and finished very late. But this is not the hotel's false. Just to make you aware- you won't be able to sleep in.

Clean and very beautiful! Yunik was very helpful and amazing! We have booked our massages and she helped us right away. They also allowed us to check in early, really appreciate!

Nothing to do or see within walking distance and need to order transport to go anywhere. If mobility concerns, bathroom dangerous. No tea/coffee facilities in room, not even a cup.

Peaceful but location isolated. Clean pleasant room and great pool. Staff lovely.

Not much they can do about it. But there’s ongoing construction. Also, the massage booked was good on one hand, but turnes out the therapist is called in and does the massage on the bed in the room. Laying face down makes it impossible to breathe so no straight position could be kept. Also the bed is off course softer than a massage table, limiting the possibility within the massage. Lady was very nice though!

Can I have a few more slices of toast for breakfast? I'm a little hungry. I'm always too embarrassed to ask for more.

The staff Kadic and Yunik are so warm and kind. We felt like we were at home here. I recommend every Chinese to try to stay here, it is a completely different experience, a paradise. If you stay in Ubud for a week, I recommend staying here for a week. The architecture of the house is so beautiful. Thank you for your hospitality, Patrick. handsome french man.

I have zero complaints, the place is excellent. It could be useful for someone to highlight that this is a very relaxing context, in a lovely community away from noise and traffic of the Ubud centre. Personally, I find this great, but if you are looking for a place from where you have everything in Ubud at walking distance, this might not be the place for you (it is really close to Ubud centre - 5min by car - but I would really not recommend to walk up/down).

Just for context, we (me & my partner) stayed at the facility for 4 days and Ubud was the first stop of the holiday. The overall experience has been really great. The stuff is extremely kind and helpful. The room is big, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is lovely. There is also the option to call for a delivery of lunch/dinner - honestly, probably the best mie goreng and nasi goreng of the holiday. The driver who works with the facility is extremely supportive as well and he can arrange motorbike rental if needed.
