There is nothing to dislike about Villa!

Great staff, helpful and friendly. We arrived the night before Nyapi and the staff helped us greatly by shopping for our day indoors before we arrived. Nicely laid out villa, plenty of space and a good pool. Good areas for sitting outside and indoor. Kitchen area well equipped but a little dated. Children loved the big outdoor bath tubs and enjoyed a flower bath one afternoon! Villa is within walking distance of beach and a 10 minute drive to main area, restaurants, shops but there are restaurants, etc within a short walking distance too.

The location is a bit far from the center or sanur

The service was excellent wayan and Sila were great and very nice. Thé breakfast was done every morning just for us. The place is amazing and the swimming pool 👍🏻👌🏻

5* service in a huge apartment in a quiet backstreet. Great rooms for everyone, garden and a private pool to hang out in. Mid way between Denpasar airport and ferries at Sanur Harbour. Good places to eat within 100m, supermarket, ATMs, 10/10 coffee at Dimattina about 80m away.

Villa Seriska Dua was absolutely amazing! We were there with a group of friends, most of us with small children. The villas organised all cots/babyseats/highchairs etc as well as a pool fence so we didn't need to worry about organising this ourselves, amazing. The Villa - WOW, it is just as nice as the photos! The rooms were a great size (the master was huge!) The outdoor bathrooms are stunning! They make its feel like a tropical oasis. The staff - They honestly blew us away, right from out airpirt transfer. Putra who looks after the villas was at the airpirt to meet us, and stayed in contact throughout the trio for anything we needed. The ladies that took care of us at the villa were amazing, they were constantly cleaning and took care of everything, any time you wanted something they were there! They did it all without being intrusive. They were also amazing with the kids. Everyone that worked at the villas was really friendly. The food - Breakfast each morning was amazing, and pretty impressive out of a small kitchen considering the veriaty of food on offer, we didn't have a single bad meal. We also had dinner cooked twice, again amazing! Great chef! The villa is located on a side street off one of the main streets of Sanure on the quieter southern end, for us this was the perfect location, it was an easy 10 minute walk to the beach and an easy 10 minute walk to lots or restaurants/bars in town. The circle K was only a 5 minute walk away as well. Such a great stay, we are already talking about when we cab do it again, and will definitely book at Villa Seriska Dua.

Our family of 5 adults and 2 young children were treated with warm professional friendly service from the moment we arrived. The separate zones for grandparents and children with grandchildren made for the perfect homely base with lovely pool for us all to come and go as we pleased whilst enjoying group time around the dining table Included breakfast were deliciously prepared for evry morning by the talented staff and we took up the option of a fully catered dinner on one of our nights which was also enjoyed by all . Walking distance to beach area and nearest cafe is Dimattina, an oasis of aircon calm with lovely food and coffee in the hub of a bustling beachside Balinese suburb . Highly recommend as a hotel alternative with privacy.

I stayed for 4 nights. The garden was beautiful and well maintained, the chef‘s meals were tasty and good platingas well, and Lin of marketing department kept following up through WhatsApp, and thank you for her careful care. It’s a detached villa, but it‘s a safe, spacious and comfortable place.

The only constructive feedback our group had was in relation to the decking around the pool. It could do with being replaced. There were a few screws and pieces of wood that could be harmful if running / not paying attention.

Villa staff were outstanding, nothing too much trouble. The Villa itself is very comfortable and clean. Although located in a residential area, a short walk to the beach and restaurants.

The air conditioner could be bigger for the master Room as it doesn’t get really cold enough.

Breakfast was very good. The chef did a great job. Wayan & Indrii couldn’t do enough to assist with our request. Will recommend this villa to my friends.

The villa exceeded all our expectations, offering spacious rooms with top-notch amenities. Every day, we were treated to fresh mineral water and the staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. The pool was absolutely fantastic and pristine, cleaned and pH balanced every other day. The en-suite bathroom in the king room was truly impressive, almost the size of a studio apartment. It was a truly unforgettable experience!

Nothing at all

We really enjoyed our 5 nights stay here, beautiful and clean villa. This villa supposed to fit 8 people but they allowed 3 extra beds, so it managed to fit 11 of us. The staffs there were all so friendly, especially the chef who cooked all our breakfast. They were all perfectly cooked, nicely decorated and delicious. It has a kitchen too which we could heat up food we bought from outside. The pool was clean with all the beautiful plants and decorations surrounding it. I would love to stay here again in the future.

Nothing! Perfect quiet oasis to explore from!

We loved everything about our stay! The beds were comfortable and clean, the whole villa had everything we could need for our stay! The pool was lovely! The staff were a real stand out, Wayan looked after us so well, and Cilla cooked beautiful breakfast each day! Our whole family loved the stay here - we will be back for sure!!

There was nothing not to like.

The villa and staff were wonderful from before arrival until dropping us at the airport. The attention to detail was incredible and the staff consistently went above and beyond. Putra even went to the orphanage we were visiting before we went and then met us there and played with the children.

We could not find a single fault with this beautiful villa. The property is simply breathtaking. Clean and well maintained, the staff were attentive and couldn’t do enough for our group. Wayan is such a beautiful soul, nothing was ever a hassle. Sila was a genius in the kitchen, serving up yummy breakfasts and dinners when we decided to stay in. Putra, our villa manager was a pleasure to deal with and even organised a birthday cake and balloons free of charge for one of our birthdays! Such a surprise and we were all so appreciative. This villa is simply divine. So big and beautiful, we will definitely be back.
