We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

ItalyThere are some improvements to be made in the service at the restaurants and the food was ok but not the best. We mentioned that to the staff which acknowledged and compensated us.
The hotel is very new and it is beautiful. The room was big and comfortable. The roof top pool very nice. The staff had been very kind and active to support all our needs and flexible in understanding how to handle some hiccups.

SingaporeRoom: Did not have any windows to look out of; only had a tiny window at the top of the wall for some light to get in. Room price generally all were not breakfast inclusive and had to be added on, which makes the price point a little less value for money
Room: Bathroom was spacious. Bedroom albeit being snug was well equipped. Everything was generally clean and well maintained Location: Walkable to KFC/Starbucks and a warung nearby but crossing the main street might be a little challenging. Otherwise, it is about 10 minutes grab ride to Summarecon Mall Serpong

SingaporeThe room had a cigarette smell, despite the hotel’s claim of being smoke-free. When we asked for a room change, we were informed that the hotel was fully booked. Additionally, the walls between the rooms are hollow, making it easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms.
The room is spacious and nicely renovated.
