The only thing that was lacking were hooks to hang wet towels.

In our room there were a few harmless spiders and a couple lizards on occasion but when you’re in a place like Bali- it kind of comes with the territory. It’s the jungle after all. I’m a little uncomfortable with spiders but my husband graciously took them outside. We actually enjoyed the lizards though. 🥰 Just sharing for anyone squeamish. We never complained about this because my husband could take care of it but I’m sure if we asked, housekeeping would’ve come and taken care of it too. Nothing to spoil your time here- again, we didn’t want to leave. 🙏🏾

This place is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! The staff is EXTREMELY friendly and more helpful than you could imagine! They made sure we were always comfortable and happy. Their concierge services are immaculate- anything you need, they’ll help you with! If they don’t have something on site, they’ll find a way to help you get it! And… again. Beautiful location. Quiet, clean, we had monkeys visit on occasion and the sounds of the city are light in the background. You mostly hear beautiful birds chirping as you wake and they welcome you into the day. We would open our curtains and watch flying squirrels playing in the trees. Such a beautiful space. Cozy, private and we loved it so much we extended twice! 🥰🤍

Room is slightly older than some we have stayed in but it is a brilliant combination of great value for money and excellent location.

Staff were very welcoming and were happy to accommodate any requests. We had a bungalow which was very comfortable. We added an extra 2 nights to our stay as we found there was alotbto do in Ubud. Surrounded by restaurants and spas.. only a few minutes from Monkey Forest.

Room photos were clearly taken to mislead customer. First picture shows room with balcony although given room was on the first floor. Since the reason for choosing this property was for the second floor, I consider this as a purposeful misleading. Otherwise decent property with nice breakfast.

Breakfast system is a bit tricky. You need to choose in advance and place and order at a specific time. Light options. Got a good mie goreng.

room was full of mosquitos 🫤 the door to the terrace was fixed on to the window, so there was gap letting in mosquitos and bugs there’s seems to be work going on downstairs - quite loud no secure place for bags to be kept if you come early

the receptionist was kind. pool looked nice. the vibes are very peaceful in the garden. the room had a safe, good space for everything and was clean.

There are some problems with humidity and low internet signal, but nothing that will stop us of enjoying the property.

Wana Karsa Ubud Hotel is like a dream! It’s modern, beautiful, and full of green plants everywhere. The stunning pool is a perfect spot to relax, and I finally got to try the floating breakfast I’ve always wanted -such a fun and amazing experience! The hotel feels like it’s part of nature, peaceful and calm. If you want a special place to relax and enjoy nature’s beauty, this is the perfect spot!
