The 2 young staff in the Spa were disappointing during our couple massage. They started making each other laugh, and kept on laughing throughout the massage.

The location is not very convenient unless you have a car. Can't really walk to anywhere fun to explore. The restaurant dinner quality is not very high.

The room is spacious and bed is comfortable. Breakfast can be had in the room which is good. You can also tailor design daily tour for decent rates.

Breakfast was probably the one thing I didn’t really care for. Selection was very limited and portion size was quite small. The massage isn’t quite up to par. It was more of a back rub than a massage.

The room is huge. The shower and bath are amazing! The local wine served at the restaurant is very good and priced right!

The room was stunning and really clean! I felt safe as a woman travelling alone and was well looked after by the lovely staff. The breakfast was wonderful and the pool and free yoga class were great too.

The location wasn’t exactly in the centre of town so would be handy to have a bike/use taxi to get around. The bathroom was actually a glass door dividing it to the bedroom with a gap up the top, so not much is left to the imagination if you’re staying with a pal but there are other toilets around the hotel if you wanted privacy.

This place was stunning! The staff went above and beyond to make us welcome and comfortable during our stay. The pool was perfect temp, not too hot like others in Bali. The complimentary breakfasts were so tasty and filling!

The resort is a 5 minute taxi or bike ride from the main restaurant/bar strip. I walked into the village once from the reaort but I didn't feel safe walking along the busy road. There is no traffic noise at the resort however.

Same breakfast like in other hotels. In my opinion can be improved. In the room there is a slight smell of umidity. Maybe because the pool is close to the room. Or maybe because the AC machine needs to be hygienized.

Location is a bit outside the Ubud city center, so you’ll need a taxi to get there (15/20min drive). The spa was a bit disappointing, felt more like a local spa than one you would expect in a ‘resort & spa’ hotel. Also the cushions on the sunbeds were a bit dirty and uncomfortable.

Amazing staff, they really made us feel at home. We had the deluxe room with pool view and it was a very spacious room. Also loved the bath! Breakfast provided was very good and provided many options. Pool was cold but nice to cool down!
