we can’t swim in the beach it’s too dangerous, the food was bad didn’t taste nice at all, the room was small and unfortunately the towels and blankets was stained and not properly cleaned, very noisy I could hear the room next to me people talking very clearly

The swimming pool was not clean and under renovation on some parts. The bed was shaking for each big wave on the shore... not reassuring. The food is awful, my husband got sick.

The Swimming Pools were good but at times they were a bit dirty and not regularly cleaned. Especially the pool near the beach. Otherwise both pools were nice as they were infinity pools and being a new swimmer, I was able to swim comfortably without fear.

Everything with this hotel was great. The beach was close by, the rooms were great and the breakfast was very good. Quite a variety of foods, fruits and other delicacies. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

We found the dinner menu a bit restrictive. Its limited, and quite similar to what is on offer at breakfast.

Its a shame that this resort has had bad reviews. We paid about $65 per night - really, what would you expect? It was probably very flash, a few years ago - but its in the tropics, things deteriorate. And it has. I also find it very odd that people complain that the staff don't speak much English - yes that's right! Because they are mostly Balinese! In general they try VERY hard to find a way to help in every situation. Sometimes they get it wrong. We found that they were incredibly accommodating and helpful. The breakfast is amazing - if you can't find something to eat amongst all the options.... you would have to be very hard to please. Yes, the pools are a bit tired. But the gardens are lovely. The views across to the ocean are stunning and the beds comfortable. I think that main issue that people have with this property is that for some reason it is rated as five star on some websites. It's not. But it is a lovely, quiet friendly place to go to relax. We used grab taxis - mostly because of the booking system. If you use grab though, be aware that the company takes about 20% of the fair so maybe flip the driver a few extra dollars.

Location wise, it's quite isolated. Probably my least favourite thing was that the building was shaking from the wind at night. We were 3 stories up & I've never experienced this before.

The ocean view was so lovely and the pool/resteraunt vibe was lovely. The room was beautiful and staff were helpful.

The hotel is for guests who want complete peace without activities. You cannot swim in the sea, the pools are dirty. Away from all the activities. For transportation, it is best to use Grab because it is four times cheaper than the offered hotel transportation. Of the 4 destinations listed, the hotel actually offers one free shuttle to Ubud once a day at a time that is not convenient for activities in the city.

The rooms are very clean and the staff is friendly.

Not what I expected for a 5star hotel. Clean,needed some upkeep. Decking needed replacing, missing titles in both pools, pool lounge chairs needed replacing most where broken. Our key didn’t work a least 5 times in 2 weeks and had to trek to the reception desk to have them reprogrammed it. Also, beach/ocean not safe. Far away from everything.

Swimming is not allowed at the beach, and we were not aware of that while booking. Breakfast was boring with very little choice. Restaurant does not have many local foods. We tried most of the foods and do not recommend Thai food on the menu. Western foods are much better. Animal stench from nearby village could be smelt from the restaurant and it made the meal unpleasant. The hotel was not well maintained. The jacuzzi in the balcony was not clean and well maintained so we did not use it at all. Strangely, hotel did not provide body gel in the shower (only shampoo) and the body gel bottle is fixed in the bathtub part. Towers looked old, blanket had blood stains, swimming pool’s water looked dirty.

Should pay more attention to the cleanliness of the toiler by the pool, it was dark and dirty. Breakfast selection and taste was not meeting my expectation. We couldn't even get a cup of coffee or tea by ourselves and must wait for a waiter to show up. Water pressure wad low from the rain shower in my bathroom.

The room is spacious and very comfy, unfortunately the plunge pool water is extremely cold. The ambience is good with 2 outdoor pools.

There are 2 pools - please make the smaller one aduly only - let the screaming familes enjoy the bigger one by the beach, and let those that prefer peace and quiet to have another haven. There is quite a lot of little bits and pieces that could do with maintenance, particularly around the pool, decking etc lifting up.. its been long enough after covid I think.... water pressure in shower was not great too... Check in/Checkout process needs more streamlining/training and perhaps a manager around to deal with different situations... our bill was wrong, and took 3 attempts and 30 minutes to solve a simple maths problem to deduct incorrect items and add back correct ones. It needed an experienced hand to step in and fix it.

I think it was good value for money, and breakfast was great, wide selection and good quality. I also had a wonderful quiet nights sleep, which is what was needed....

The private pool balcony, it is so beautiful but useless. Their water is freezing. The hotel need a lot of renovation, probably near the beach hence it is easily spoiled and many issue. Cleanliness is not on the top, one of public restroom is very dirty according to our guest. The buffet restaurant need to improve their food choices, it is so much better when you ordered ala carte. Location quite tricky, faraway from many eateries, so pack your food when you go out and spend most of time at hotel.

The design and the view were different from beach resorts. The wave near this hotel beach is very strong, you could sleep with small window opened to hear the natural wave sound. There is the spa with unique concept, and yes you can hear the wave sound when having massage, its like dream come true. The park is so nature-concept, very refreshing. Kids love it but not for playing in their beach, yet they provided small man-make pool with beach for the kids. Adults can still sun bathing too! The hotel offered a marriage between beach and greenery landscape, you can have both at the same time but that means half-half, dont compare with the beach/greenery-only hotels.

Room Service and Restaurants close at 10:30 pm. It was very difficult to get a late night bite after we arrived. Grab doesn't service this location. The breakfast was average. Very hot in the breakfast hall. No treadmill in the Gym.

Good Value for money. Location is 30 mins from Padang Bai, which is where we needed to take the boat to Gili T. Nice comfortable and luxury rooms.

There was hot water issue on the first night on one of the room we rented and the last night the hot water wasn't running on the other room we rented.

The room was huge with big bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and generally very clean. The food was great. Breakfast food was amazing with lots of variety and tasted very delicious. The location is actually very nice for staycation. It's very quiet and beautiful with private beach. There are several good restaurant within 10 minutes drive. You may need to have car or motorbike if you want to go outside the resort. The resort however has plenty of facility.
