The hotel is great! Everyone who works there is super nice and helpful. The pool area is very nice and the restaurant has great food served throughout the day. Breakfast was a great portion and they even organized the breakfast at the pool one day.

1. The room cleaning and disinfection is not showing an evidence of deep training. There are lots of dirts and spiders nets behind and under movable furniture which indicate there has been no deep cleaning since long. It is just mopping floors andchanginge bedding which is not satisfying. 2. Bed sheets and pillow sheets have alot of stains which is not removed. Also their smell after changing it doesn't indicate the use of sufficient detergents and softners during wash. 3.swimming pool need more filters and more cleaning as lots of dirt there. The water smell is good and is disinfected, however during swimming you see papers, tissues, leaves, and other things that need to be continously cleaned. 4. The room door can't be sealed, it allows lots of ants and insects to get inside and get biten continously. I recommend using rubbers for sealing these openings specially in such jungle which is not possible to have a full control on insects. Overall, it was good stay and I could give rating 10 if cleaning met my expectations.

Laundry service available with good prices. 6. Staff is great and professional. 7. The pool is just next to your room. 8. Rooms are big with big equipped toilets. 9. Pool working time till 10pm which allows for tours at morning and swimming at evening.

We booked the private pool villa and it was beyond our expectations! We are still in awe of its beauty The staff were super kind and helpful, we booked it for our anniversary and they decorated it beautifully The pool was stunning, we had a floating breakfast as well ! We rented scooter directly with them it was very convenient ! Super friendly staff we can only recommend it. You will feel totally lost in nature, and 10-16 mins drive to Ubud.

I liked it so much together with my son. The swimming pool with the incredible view, nice and clean room, very friendly and nice staff. The food also was good. It is small but so comfy and cosy. I regret we did not stay longer because I booked another hotel before. I do really recommend for those, who like comfort, peace and quietness.

Pay attention to the location of the property because is near Ubud and you need to take a taxi in order to visit some places. Also, just to be private the property has a long small street as an entrance, however on that road there were many dogs.

The staff are very nice and they do their best to help you. The food is good and you have international options also. The wifi is working properly and the pool is amazing.

Beautiful resort, in a peaceful area. The room was spacious and had a great view over the pool and surrounding forest. Staff were excellent, always efficient and kind. The restaurant was superb. Very tasty and affordable food and drinks which can be brought to the room at no charge. We loved our time here.

There’s actually nothing we didn’t like, no issues at all apart from the mosquitoes but we had repellant and kept the doors closed. Definitely not the resorts fault.

The resort was situated in a small street with a narrow entrance but once the car went through to the alleyway, we were absolutely speechless by the view. Breakfast every morning was amazing, we tried almost everything on the menu. We had a private villa and it was absolutely gorgeous. We could hear the lions and elephants from the zoo which was about 15 minutes away by foot and 5 minutes by car. The resort was about 25 minutes away from Ubud central but it was not hard to catch a gojek to and from the central part of Ubud. Staff were absolutely amazing and always so helpful. There are some chickens and dogs on the resort too, we were so surprised they could live harmoniously together. Everything was absolutely spectacular and more people definitely need to know about it.
