Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room that was confirmed by Booking.com was actually already canceled without informing me beforehand. They pushed me to the adjacent Vertu hotel which was pricier and made me pay the difference.
I can only comment for Vertu hotel, which I was forced to book at. Vertu is Clean and spacious. Food options for breakfast are aplenty.

Room could with a refurb as quite dirty in places
Location, proximity to cafes and shops. Helpful staff, always smiling. Particularly liked the cakes awaiting us and welcome message!

Super friendly staff, delicious breakfast and dinner options and a fun, themed interior. The location was ok - not that much around in terms of shops (a couple of fast food spots and a Starbucks), but the bus stop is nearby and the hotel is attached to a small mall with Subway and coffee shops and more. Great stay!

Went there for a concert ask if I can check-in early so that later after concert I'll just get key. Usually you can check-in early even the room is not ready you just have to inform the guest they will get the room by the time it's ready but receptionist insist it's not allowed. PS. I worked in a hotel before as receptionist. ☺️

Amazing location, friendly staff, a useful gym and they greeted us with the welcome pastries in our room specially the breakfast I have been traveling since 25 years and honestly this is first time I saw huge variety of breakfast and location is central Jakarta

When i was staying there, some cranes were operating in front of hotel, made a not-good view. And some traffic around hotel, for road still under construction

Waiting for lift sometimes a bit too long.

Hotel is incredibly noisy and busy- all the common areas, the restaurant especially during the breakfast time. Music is loud, kids scream... also the colorful graffiti art on the walls hits you in the eyes. The name Harmony does not reflect the atmosphere. Breakfast did looked huge, but the western choices were very limited. No darker bread, no cheese- only sweet pastries and indonesian food. Rooms are very small.
Hotel amenities were practical and the little mall downstairs had restaurants and ATM.

I don't know if the account of yello is hacked or no. I read in another review that it's a misunderstanding but in my case they said it's hacker trying to do social engineering. I confront them when i checked in but there was no further investigation explained to me.

Though clean both rooms I stayed in the carpets need a deep clean as stained. Also outside of the hotel there are very limited food options
Staff are great and there is an awesome all you can eat breakfast buffet. The location is good for MONAS and some other sites

lifts can get very busy and it is a tall building. Yellow theme is trying too hard to be trendy and eco I don't want to use the same glass water bottle everyone else had used -does it ever get cleaned?
Good buffet breakfast, good reception, good location above a small shopping centre with snack shop and some good restaurants.

Will cancel reservation by 6pm if payment is not received. I let them know I preferred to pay at the property since it's not safe to do so online (they tried to send me a link). I ended up paying through booking.com but would have preferred if they didn't hound me for payment on a travel day.
Clean room, comfortable bed. Good location with food options around. Close to train station.
