SingaporeThe room that was confirmed by Booking.com was actually already canceled without informing me beforehand. They pushed me to the adjacent Vertu hotel which was pricier and made me pay the difference.
I can only comment for Vertu hotel, which I was forced to book at. Vertu is Clean and spacious. Food options for breakfast are aplenty.

JapanSuper friendly staff, delicious breakfast and dinner options and a fun, themed interior. The location was ok - not that much around in terms of shops (a couple of fast food spots and a Starbucks), but the bus stop is nearby and the hotel is attached to a small mall with Subway and coffee shops and more. Great stay!

PhilippinesWent there for a concert ask if I can check-in early so that later after concert I'll just get key. Usually you can check-in early even the room is not ready you just have to inform the guest they will get the room by the time it's ready but receptionist insist it's not allowed. PS. I worked in a hotel before as receptionist. ☺️

FinlandHotel is incredibly noisy and busy- all the common areas, the restaurant especially during the breakfast time. Music is loud, kids scream... also the colorful graffiti art on the walls hits you in the eyes. The name Harmony does not reflect the atmosphere. Breakfast did looked huge, but the western choices were very limited. No darker bread, no cheese- only sweet pastries and indonesian food. Rooms are very small.
Hotel amenities were practical and the little mall downstairs had restaurants and ATM.

CanadaWill cancel reservation by 6pm if payment is not received. I let them know I preferred to pay at the property since it's not safe to do so online (they tried to send me a link). I ended up paying through booking.com but would have preferred if they didn't hound me for payment on a travel day.
