AustraliaThe hot water system wasn't working initially in one of our bedrooms but it got fixed. The hot water dispenser was also not working, got fixed too. The gas for cooking was running out, then it got replaced. In overall, nice fasilities but wasn't not well prepared.
The heated pool was a great feature of the villa. The location was perfect, not overlooking the mountain but it wasn't what we were after anyway. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Great welcoming drinks and snacks. Close to the cafes. Close to some yummy nyat nyat fish.

The villa’s that we rented were very spacious, the pool was decent and it’s heated. Good place for family. There was one very kind of waitress at the restaurant (forgot her name :(, she was extremely helpful)

MalaysiaNo air con in all the rooms. the weather is cold enough but then a fan is essential for ventilation. especialy the rooms started with 3xx, on the lower ground with no ventilation enough. a standing fan will solve all problems
Breakfast variant was small. it will be good if they can make bigger selections. some hot soupy stuffs will be very good with the cold weather. also, staffs should take initiative to clean the seats and wipe dry for guests.

IndonesiaI wasnt made aware that there was a New year party with firecrackers etc which I didnt enjoy at all. But I guess nothing I can do when staying for NY eve. Breakfast is terrible - this is something you could have improved - the quality and quantity should have been improved for the price we paid. Wifi is terrible, tv reception is not good - definitely not a hotel for working but for relaxing.
We are party of 4, stayed in 2 suites. Room is spacious and has amenities we enjoyed. I specifically like the view from the room, the heated pool and the location close to the cafes etc in Batur. The staffs are also very nice and helpful. Free shuttle around Batur which we took it almost everyday we were there for 3 days.

United Kingdomsadly the rooms do not have any ventilation so room was severe mold in the bedroom and bathroom. We were offered another room but same problem - sad as all hotel needs to do is add ventilation into the bathroom. Due to severity of the issue we left early as we were getting sore throats, hotel was lovely about this though and wavered the missed night. can see in picture the condensation on mirror after 12 hours from taking a shower.
excellent main hotel, hot pool was lovely and due to location there is a free taxi service to take you to other locations.
