Stunning villa- modern, clean and great location

Some more kitchen facilities would be good. No salt and pepper in the shakers. Also need hand soap in the downstairs bathroom.

All the creature comforts, facilities and service was great. The location was great, close to lots of cafes and restaurants, shops and spas. Very clean with daily housekeeping offered too. It looks exactly like the photos. We had terrible weather so it was nice to just hang around the villa watching Netflix on the TV.

Amazing staff, location, and facilities. Everything looked exactly like the photos, and the cleaning was to a very high standard. We also didn’t hear our neighbours at all as the walls were very thick! We were able to walk everywhere as the location was excellent.

The location was perfect. Peaceful and quiet but close to everything we needed. Shops, restaurants , beach. The reception was very attentive and even assured us with our laundry.

Have difficulty dispensing the body wash and the shampoo from the dispensers due to the thickness of the wash and the shampoo. The pump system is too weak. One suggestion is to change the body wash and shampoo to a less creamier version and that would make for easier dispensing.

Excellent location! Nice cafes and eateries like Penny Lane, Avocado Factory, Crate Cafe, Milk and Madu are all within a 10-15 min walk from our villa. Villas are spacious and well appointed. Privacy is maintained with nice tall plants strategically placed between villas.

The sink bench top slid around so must have come unstuck but it was fine ultimately.

LOVE LOVE LOVE My partner and I stayed for a short trip to escape work and our villa was unreal! The staff were friendly and responsive, the furniture was extremely comfortable and A/C nice and cold. The villa is tucked away just off the main strip which was perfect for us. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

When we first got there the pool seemed dirty so I had to ask the staff to come and clean which they did straight away so still a thumbs up from me.

The villa was absolutely beautiful and was close to the Main Street which was a plus. The staff were so helpful and always available. The villa has three floors which I didn’t expect and the master bedroom had a terrace.

The villa was beautiful and clean. Close enough to walk to shops & cafes, but down a long driveway so it’s peaceful while you lay by the pool and relax. Comfortable beds, great shower water pressure and helpful staff (same day laundry service). We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Our only concerns are ones that would be quite easy fixes, and certainly wouldn't prevent us staying here in future: 1. There is no reception/check in location. We arrived quite late at night and couldn't find where to check in or how to find our villa. We wandered around until one of the ground staff found us and waited for us whilst we contacted staff via whatsapp who then told us which villa we were in. The Villa was already open with keys in the door. Better instructions really need to be provided on how to check in beforehand. It would be better if the villa contacted guests the day of arrival with instructions, rather than requiring guests to be proactive to reach out asking for instructions. I did go back and check my emails and couldn't find any instructions (through Booking.com or otherwise). 2. There are no complimentary bottles of water on arrival in the villa. We arrived very late at night and went straight to bed when we got to the villa. It would have been nice to have a complimentary bottle of water to drink and brush our teeth in. Instead we had to use the expensive mini bar water. For the price of the villa, complimentary water really should be included, at least upon arrival, so as to avoid this issue. 3. I arranged a birthday surprise through the staff for my partner. The flower and towel arrangement provided was super cute, however the cake that was left for us was completely inedible. It was clearly a slice of cake that was very old and had been in the fridge for a very long time, which was quite disappointing.

- Absolutely beautiful villa in an amazing location - in the heart of Canggu but off the main street so it was quiet enough that you couldn't hear road noise and could sleep in. Felt like great value for money and so luxurious. - Staff via Whatsapp were exceptionally friendly, responsive and helpful. The grounds staff were always smiling and welcoming. - The villa was very clean, as were the towels and linen. - We asked for the room to be made up each day and it was done to a high standard. - The bed was on the softer side for our personal preference but still very comfortable. - We had a few niggles with our room and the staff were very apologetic and helpful. Our bathroom sink was blocked which was fixed. We also had an unfortunate air conditioner leak right above our heads at night which took a few repeated attempts to fix but was fixed in the end. - Would absolutely stay here again, and plan to rebook here for our next trip as can't think of a better place to stay. I was very impressed.

The stairs are pretty steep so just saying it wouldn't be suitable for kids...the kitchen needed some more things, toaster, coffee plunger, kettle, teapot, smaller pots etc but an easy fix

Couldn't beat the location the villa was right in central Canggu..trendy decor..comfy sofa..beautiful gardens..fantastic staff..comfy beds and pillows..100% recommend

Very helpful staff, easy to communicate with and very responsive. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of everything in central Canggu including Body Factory, La Brisa, Penny lane, etc. Convenience stores and ATMs very close by. Still quite quiet and privately located away from the main road. Beautiful brand new villa immaculately cleaned and presented.

Communication was good but a sign on the corner of the street indicating you were in the right location would be helpful. The Villa spans across two lanes and Google maps takes you to the rear.

The decor and Villa design was exceptional. The perfect blend between Balinese and modern architecture. Staff were friendly and helpful. I’ll be back

We arrived late at night and the security guard didn't speak English. Luckily we had our driver with us to translate so we could get into the property. There is a bit of construction happening around the property. They work through the night and we were woken by loud banging noises and the smell of fire on the first night. Workers were clearing the block next door and burning off at about 2-4am. Once we knew it was only workers on the block next door we felt safer. There is an unfinished sink in the downstairs toilet so had to use the kitchen sink to wash hands. Very minor things to be aware of! But you will not regret booking Zendara. It was the perfect accommodation for us!

Zendara is absolutely stunning!! The location was an easy walk to all of the cafes and shops. Easily accesible by foot or motorbike. Cars don't fit down the laneway to the property but the staff were so lovely, they carried our luggage out to the main street. The property was clean and well presented. There is construction happening at other properties in the laneway but the workers are very friendly and respectful. Stunning greenery in walkways and around the pool. Everything was aesthetically pleasing. Beds, pillows and the couch were all super comfortable. There is a minibar (at a cost) The pool was cool and refreshing after a long day out in the heat. The sliding doors open all the way to let a cool breeze through the property.
