“Lovely location and all the staff were very helpful and very friendly.
We were in room 1 in the house which was clean and comfortable but unfortunately our friends were not so lucky in one of the garden rooms. Odd smell and a bit grim given the price. €160 was a bit steep for a hotel that is under construction and has tired rooms.
Breakfast was hit and miss. Coffee was instant and the porridge was not good. Fresh berries, yogurt and pastries were delicious though.”
“Had a garden room , small but fine for 1 night. Needed shower early morning but no hot or even warm water, had to leave to go to work without shower. Breakfast disappointing for me, just warm not hot, very basic. Very small cold selection. Food in bar is very good , have eaten there many times.”
