“Location is excellent, beautiful spot. Upon arrival the Manager was at reception he didn't look happy and so the receptionist didn't look happy but she was pleasant, the manager didn't even say hello I got the impression he wanted out of there asap. So Welcoming feeling who be zero. The room was newly updated and was lovely and fresh tea/coffee facilities. The stairs/rec areas for staff are a bit musty but absolutely spotless. The breakfast was lovely the staff pleasant and helpful. The bar man was very chatty and nice. Overall would visit again, didn't eat dinner here so can't comment. Overall was lovely would love to see a few extra touches to the breakfast ie fruit was tinned and only 2 options pears or peaches would be lovely to see a variety of fruit and yogurt options and some pastries.”
“Our room was on the river side and did not hear any traffic noises. The bed was only 140cm wide but comfortable. For dinner we chose to drive a short distance because there was no sidewalk for pedestrians for a section of the road.”
