Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Hair dryer could have been stronger and the room was kinda small for two people.
The staff at the reception were really helpful and nice, gave us a lot of ideas of what to do and where to go. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Really nice and central location, close to everything.

The wifi in the rooms (also in rooms of collegues) was non-existant. I could not even send a text message vua wifi it was so bad. Working in the room was impossible. The desk tried to fix the problem, but it did not work. Also the room was very, very tiny.
The location was good, staff friendly and the bed was comfortable.

I could not fault anything really. The staff were eextremely hepful and welcoming. I would recommend the hotel for people to stay.
The location was very good for where we had our appointment the next day. We were attending Templ Street Childerns hospital so it was ideal. We will be staying here again when we return in a couple of weeks. The room was loely very comfortable. My mother did think it was a bit small but beds were very comfortable and I like the security as I have an Autistic son. The breakfast was top class. It will be the hotal I will be staying in when we come top Dublin for our appointments in the hospital.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent stay at your esteemed hotel from September 14, 2023, to September 19, 2023. While the overall stay was pleasant, I encountered a concerning issue regarding the charges for breakfast, specifically related to our children. Upon checking in, we were informed that our children, aged 10 and 15, could enjoy complimentary breakfast. We were also told that we could choose to pay for breakfast before or after consuming it. Based on this information, we decided to make the payment on the following morning. To our surprise, on the next morning when we arrived for breakfast and intended to pay after our meal, the cafeteria staff insisted on a pre-payment policy. This decision led to us being charged a total of 40 euros for breakfast, at a rate of 10 euros per person, regardless of whether they were adults or children. The situation took an even more confusing turn on the subsequent day when we were charged 33 euros for breakfast. We were informed that our children were considered beyond the age of being categorized as "babies" and hence required to be charged at the adult rate (10 euros for adults and 6.7 euros for children). However, happened on the following days when we were informed that we did not need to pay for our children's breakfast. We paid 60 euros for next three days. The lack of clarity and inconsistent pricing was further exacerbated when, on our final day, we were told that we hadn't paid for breakfast for one of the days and were asked to pay for it again. This was especially inconvenient as we were almost late for our plane and were left with no choice but to pay again, even though it contradicted the initial pre-payment policy we encountered. Over the past three days, I paid the total of 60 euros in cash, directly to a young girl with short hair and dark skin.

The window in the room overlooked an outdoor bar which was playing music so loudly, I initially thought the window was left open. If I hadn't had noise cancelling headphones I wouldn't have been able to sleep. I'd suggest having some kind of sound proof foam, on a hinged screen or a panel that the guest can lift into the alcove to help dampen the noise.
The staff were great, the room was very clean. The breakfast was priced well (€12.50), with good food.

Breakfast was excellent a lot of choice also. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was very good, also close to the place where the tours start. Public transportation is very well organized.

My room door was extremely hard for me to lock. The Manager found me another room and took my case for me to change rooms, Very very helpful and courteous. I would certainly stay there again.

The shower took a long time to warm up the water. The TV is not a smart TV so you can’t connect to youtube on it, so I had to use my laptop for that. I find it odd that the keycard needs to be inserted for power to work inside the hotel room.
The bar is great. Staff are friendly. The location is close to everything you need for food and leisure activities. They offer a converter for a 10€ deposit. The room is neat and tidy and all that was necessary was included.

It wasn’t cold but the room could’ve been warmer by the time we woke up.
