Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesBecause the hotel is close to the popular areas, you will likely get traffic from the pubs at night. People outside kept my parents up throughout the night.
We loved the location. It was just a little off from the busier areas so you miss the bustle but it is also close enough that you can walk to pubs and restaurants very easy. The room was comfortable with all the amenities we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful!

IrelandThe door locks were old and hard to use. Even when a staff member was alerted they struggled to get it to work, and it only worked after several attempts. The breakfast was nice enough although pretty basic. Also the hotel is quite old fashioned looking.
The staff were great. The location is also ideal for a city visit.

IrelandThe shower curtain is too short. It should be covering the whole bath tub, not only half of it. It's almost impossible to have a reasonable shower with that curtain. Also, installing another curtain at the bathroom window would be a plus, in regards to privacy.
