Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesHad to park 2 blocks away , the sliding door to the bathroom was off the track when we arrived , my nephew reattached it . I’d prefer a regular door . Lots of noise from the food store lot , deliveries I guess .
Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful . We walked to all the pubs , the harbor, restaurants etc . Beds were very comfortable and the room was large .

CanadaNo mini-fridge in the room.
The hotel room was small, but clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly upon check-in. Appreciated the large bottle of water provided in our room, plus the coffee maker. The location was good...close to the centre of town, so an easy walk everywhere. Dingle was very quaint and colourful, with lively pubs. Inch Beach was spectacular, as was the entire Dingle Peninsula coastal drive!

United StatesWe stayed there on a Friday night. With a bar just down the street I guess I should have known (leaving the windows opened because it was warm in the room) that loud crowds wouldn’t die down until 2 am. Further most of the people on my floor returned between 12:30 and. 2 am. since the room doors don’t close quietly each door slammed, echoing down the hallway. I didn’t get to sleep until after 2 am. Other issues- the pillows were terrible; they don’t provide a bed sheet so all you have is a thick winter cover; parking is very difficult to get if you arrive in late afternoon, you my find yourself parking some distance from the hotel. Lastly, for what you get (no breakfast is included in the price) this hotel is overpriced.
Close proximity to Dingle center. Good shower, plenty of hot water.

United Kingdomit was a bit costly for what we got. it had full hotel prices without the hotel feel of it. felt a little over paid when as I said it has hostel vibes in the sense there is no character to the place you walk in to be immediately met with the stairs to your room. yet they are charging hefty hotel prices. felt a little overcharged. otherwise everything was great
very straight forward check in, hotel was small no confusion in sorting anything or looking where to go. It has hostel vibes with hotel quality ( I mean that for all the positive reasons ) room was clean & bed was comfortable. it was close to the centre for everything shop, restaurants & pubs… exactly what we needed.

Irelandthe walls are paper thin and noise travels throughout the air vents, could hear everything guests in other rooms were saying and doing. it also seems to be popular with people staying for stag do’s and we were kept up a lot of the night. the place could benefit from a no noise policy after a certain time.
right in the middle of dingle, easily accessible and quick check in. room was spacious and comfortable with a very nice bathroom and tea/coffee making facilities

IrelandThe security alarm went off at 4am and continued to go off 6 more times, all for at least a few minutes. Really shrill, sounded like a fire alarm, and it went off in every single room. When I spoke to the person at the front desk, she said that she couldn’t offer me anything other than a discount on my next stay there and that this had happened to her before too, meaning it is not unlikely it will happen again.
Room was clean, spacious, great shower and comfortable bed. They allowed me to shower after my checkout time in a spare room which was awesome.
