There was an issue with the water not working. This, was dealt with very quickly by Natalie who was very helpful throughout.

We love the location right on the waters edge. The pod was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.

There was a low pressure of water in the bathroom so we needed some time to take a shower. It can be easily fixed so this doesn't affect my overall experience.

The place is so quiet and beautiful. The Pod is cozy and well equiped. Heating is very good on cold and windy nights. There is a great view to watch sun go down and you can take a short walk around camp. There is a small beach next to pods and it is very nice and calming to listen sound of waves in the evening.

I wish the way to the beach had a staircase to go down. Other then that everything was perfect.

I loved that we were able to bring the dog. Really enjoyed the view. Really appreciated the early check in and late check out. The bathroom and showers were lovely and it was very warm in there. Easy check in and only a few km a away from the shops.

The bed was a bit comfortable enough however as it was a pod and had a double bed, the side near the wall made you feel a little clostrpohobic if like me you have to sleep on your left side. The sofa bed was far too low to truly sit on comfortabley and had a bow in the middle. As the weather was unseaaobly warm, the pod was extremely warm and stuffy as there is no real air conditioning.

The location is stunning, the staff were friendly, the food from the restraunt was gorgeous, the shower was great the views from the front door were spectacular, the pod was very clean and had everything you would need for a break away., including plates, glasses for drinks and a kettle and even a microwave. . It also had instant hot water which we loved. We actually loved our stay our dog Jack loved the water just outside our pod and enjoyed sitting by the door when we were relaxing in the evening.

The fact that we only found out two days before we arrived that the restaurant was only open from Friday to Sunday. And we were staying Monday to Friday. We were very disappointed about that, as we had booked with the understanding the restaurant would be opened and it was dog friendly, So we had to try and find restaurants nearby during the day that were dog friendly. That was a challenge.

Excellent location, peace, and quiet , spotless clean, pods were very comfortable, staff very friendly and helpful.

I am disabled and found getting around the site on the gravel areas difficult in a wheelchair.

Love the pod - very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Also the onsite restaurant was very good. Our dog was very happy and loved being able to go in and out as she wished when we were sitting outside in the sun (we were lucky with the weather). Fabulous view and and so quiet and still.

Very peaceful location, very comfortable POD, cosy, functional, good size and comfortable bed. Bar and restaurant and terrece on site. Love the fact, that Berehaven Pods are PET FRIENDLY. Ourselves and doggy Harry we had great time.
