The breakfast could have been better, It was pretty basic. Just some bread and cheese.

The location is beautiful. its close to the seashore and the view from the balcony is stunning. the staff is superfriendly and helpfull. we will definitely stay there in future trips as well

The water in our room was brown. We tried running the faucet for a few minutes, but it just got worse.

The view was stunning you didn’t even notice the road. The staff was very helpful and dinner was delicious. Breakfast was continental and self serve but good.

Although the room and bathroom had three mirrors, the lighting is not great. It would really be better if they installed a brighter light in the bathroom or put a nice vanity light and mirror on the dresser!

The bedroom was a bit "sparse". No drawers or anywhere to put things down. No television. Mould in the shower. No cooked breakfast, just a help yourself and look after yourself from the kitchen (bit like a youth hostel). Plastic table cloths, even in the restaurant.

Lovely view from our bedroom. Spacious bedroom. Heating as required. Bar and restaurant attached. Nice atmosphere in the bar/restaurant, quite cosy. Nice place to have a drink before going to bed. In spite of the negative aspects I have written, we did enjoy our stay at this hotel.

The breakfast was limited to cereal, fruit and bread. I had thought it would be cooked. But it was good quality

The building was very clean and recently built or refurbished. Staff were friendly and efficient. Had a nice pint of Guinness which I could bring up to the room. Plenty of parking, fantastic views

In the summer time the road in front of the House is very busy and there are a lot of tourist buses which stop for taking pictures, souvenirs from the Craft Shop, a visit on the Pub or the sheepdog demonstration. But overnight from 8pm to 8am it is quiet on the road.

The Accomodation is directly on the Ring of Kerry and has a nice good visited pub on the first floor. Perfect to have a drink, eat some food or talk on the bar with locals. It is the perfect point to start day tours along the Ring of Kerry or as a stop on the Wild Atlantic Way. The breakfast is a self service breakfast which have a good selection of food and drinks. The window on my room offered a view to the sea coast and the Dingle Island.

It provided good value for the price. It was just neither dirty nor spotless. The water in the bathroom was yellow.

Just be aware that there are steps and no lift.

We loved the location and view. It was spotless and informal. You wouldn't even know there is a pub downstairs, noisewise . Very close to Kells Bay gardens.

Sound distrments from another room.. No lift.. Kitchen their is no cooking gas. Their is no drinking water..(tap water only ) Coffee powder is bad taste..
