Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United Kingdomevening dinner service the waiter made a smart comment which wasn’t funny, one staff member which I think was the manager took 45mins for a conversation with another table leaving the female waiter was fine. 3 things to always ask when in a restaurant How is your meal Do you want another drink How was everything before getting the bill I got non of these, I was waiting for another pint for 30 minutes to which I just got annoyed and paid the bill and walked out it was as well the food was fantastic because everything else was sub power

United KingdomWe paid a high price for our room via Booking.com because we had few options at the time of booking. We could have cancelled and rebooked closer to the time and likely paid almost 100 euros less but were not sufficiently on the ball to do this. No regrets about our visit, but this is a comfortable (and friendly) mid-market hotel, not a super-luxury establishment, and you should pay accordingly.
