cheap beds which extremely uncomfortable—they creaked loudly every time I moved, making it difficult to get any sleep. The pillow was so thin it felt like sleeping without one, and to make matters worse, the bedcover was dirty when I arrived, which was unacceptable. While some staff members were helpful, a few receptionists seemed unprepared, which led to some confusion during my stay.

Bad soundproof, for every step you have to pay an extra charge - to check in 1 hour earlier you have to pay almost 7 euros, there is no power outlet adapter for European phone charger, you have to buy it at reception for 7 euros. There was a constant bed smell in the bathroom and insufficient toilet paper. The door to the room was not closing properly, so there was a chance to go out and leave the room open. The cleanness of the bathroom is also not the best. Maybe it's ok as a hostel, but very poor as a hotel room.

- on 10th floor, and 1/2 elevator was out of service the entire time so it took ages for us to be able to leave - got very hot - beds were a bit uncomfortable - staff were not helpful at check in for us, we waited around for 30 minutes before we were given any help

- central to temple bar area - rooms had private bathroom and shower - beds had curtains for privacy - elevators to take luggage up - very very clean - felt hotel adjacent, rather than a hostel

I had a situation where someone was disturbing me in the room at 4 am. He made noises and turned on the lights. He also opened the curtain while I was sleeping. When I spoke to him, he said he was sorry and that he had been drinking a lot. I reported to the reception and the room was changed for me immediately. This room was the best, very quiet and people respected privacy and were not disturbing.

The staff are all great and helpful, especially Eccles, he was a very nice and helpful person. The breakfast was very good, useful and healthy. Also that girl who works in the morning works hard and doesn't stop and notices if everything is okay

The room was extremely warm, the heater was turn on all the night and in my bed direction. My bed wasn’t really confortable and I didn’t have power in my bed.

I stayed in Room 210, during the night, I was hit with a nauseating smell that reminded me of mud and rotting algae. It was absolutely disgusting, and I couldn't figure out where it was coming from. I was really disappointed that my stay was marred by such a foul odor.

The staff were absolutely amazing, providing exceptional service and support throughout my visit. Their friendliness and professionalism truly made a difference. The facility itself is fantastic, featuring modern amenities and a welcoming atmosphere. I was particularly impressed by how clean and well-maintained the entire area was, which contributed to a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better environment to spend my time in.

There were just two showers for the whole floor of rooms with bunk beds. It was also too hot and stuffed inside the dormitory - open window didn’t help to solve this out.

The check in process was quick and smooth, the location is quite convenient both to reach the tourist attractions and a railway station.

They took my stuff out of the trunk only because I didn't use the exact number like the bed number and brought them to the counter in the ground floor. They paid no attention to my laptop which was just thrown into a bag with my other belongings. This behavior is a big dislike!

For breakfast you have to pay extra, which I didn't. If you quickly need a bed, you will get one, but don't expect a five star hotel. But that's fine, you know it before... at least you should.
