Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

IrelandOnly negatives I have was the bathroom was quite small and not the greatest for a plus size person like myself. The sliding shower door opened just enough for me to squeeze into the shower. Then the lifts, one was out of order for our stay, and the other was initially working but then was not. So we did have to walk up to level five , which was not ideal but they did fix the lift later that same evening once we had returned from our concert. Would also like to see some decor in the rooms , very bland and bare compared to the common areas vibes
Super friendly staff. Check in was quick and pleasant. Great first impression of checking in, the lady who checked me in was so friendly. My extra pillow request was immediately arranged upon check in, which I really appreciated. The common spaces has a lovely , fun , modern vibe. Colorful decor and pleasant atmosphere. The location is amazing. Perfect for a stroll around the city, shopping or attending shows. The hotel is very clean , including the rooms. The beds were comfortable and the view from our room was great of Dublin city skyline. I would recommend to friends and will most definitely love to return.

United StatesThe upper bunk was very hard to get in and out of. The bathrooms were very tight, with not much room to do business. Room did not smell great because of some of the other guests in the room. Bedding was very scratchy and unpleasant to sleep with.
Good central location in the city, and lots of nice shared facilities.

ItalyThe elevators are quite noisy, and even from our room at the end of the corridor we could hear the voice messages of arriving at floor. The room could have been a bit cleaner, we didn't find anything wrong but we would appreciate a little more, especially considering that the room cost was quite high (in line with other places in Dublin, but high compared to many others European cities)
I was satisfied by the breakfast, the price is reasonable and the food is good. The staff has always been very kind and helpful to all our questions and requests I also appreciated the stay to be 100% cashless.

United KingdomI paid for late check out but a member of staff came into my room while i was nude in the morning. A better system needs to be in place for rooms that have booked late checkout as it was very embarrassing.
The view was amazing, stayed on the 10th floor and the night sky and view of Dublin was amazing.

FinlandThe breakfast wasn't the best but I get that cause it's a hostel. And the bed wasn't always the most comfy but I didn't have any problems sleeping.

BrazilI didnt like that the only alcohol that you can drink at the hostel is that one that you buy in the hostel. I had my own wine bottle and I couldn’t drink in there. It was frustrating.
Was everything perfect. I had a lovely time there.

Croatia- absolutely everything is chargerd (lockers, towels, leaving your bags etc.), so have that in mind - I came when the prices were very low, but during the weekends, the prices may not fit the offer
- central location - comfortable beds with a very strong and shake-free structure - well equipped "cabins" (area around the beds) - 24/7 reception with helpful staff

TurkeyThe lockers inside the room is not much secured, no real lock. But the hotel is great in general. I stayed at a shared room with 4 females, one of the roommate was very untidy, when i first came into the room, her bag was entirely left open, her staff, socks etc and shoes were around (was not under the bad) but all roommates was respectful, two ladies arrived at a late hour, i woke up but they were respectful (didnt turn on the lights etc.) The hotel should advice /guide their guests about where to put their stuff in shared rooms properly ( to put little signs for not to leave stuff randomly in the middle of the room etc.)
Location was very practical
