The only thing I didn't get was that the room was full of hooks to hang your stuff, except in the bathroom there's nothing to hang your towel or clothes while showering. Also the rates for breakfast and renting a towel are a bit high.

One of the best hostels I've ever seen. Really friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are clean and all facilities work perfect. The overall vibe is just great. Location is very good as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Good location, breakfast choices good. If tea and coffee making facilities were more readily available say in the room or on each floor for me this would have made it perfect. Reception staff did not have knowledge of where airport buses went from or where travel passes could be obtained Essential information for tourists

Everything was nice and clean, there is a big dining room and a cozy library. Staff is very friendly and polite) Each bed has a curtain, which adds some privacy.

There was no fridge or kitchen for the residents. The toilets and showers needs more frequent cleaning. I had a neighbour who was coughing and I had to sleep with my face mask just in case its an infection.

The excellent location near restaurants and stores The staff were great and the residents were from all over the world who were interesting in engaging with conversation.

Common areas are a bit too utilitarian lacking any cosiness or charm.

Exceptionally well located just off O’Connell Street. Convenient and serviceable if slightly charmless bar and common areas. Dorm rooms are modern, compact, and well organised with en suite shared toilet and shower. Sleeping bunks are comfy and afford privacy. Staff were helpful. On site left luggage, for a fee! Price for my stay was very reasonable.

The bed sheets and linen are left on the bed and we need to make the bed ourselves. Understand it may be one of the reasons to keep prices low but it's not a great experience, especially when we arrive tired and late at night. Also, the electricity didn't work and the staff didn't mention it upon arrival.

Room was dirty, hairs all over the floor, didn’t seem like they had been clean for a few days but the bedding seemed clean as well as the bathroom and shower, just the floors were dirty. Didn’t like the computer checkin felt impersonal not having someone to check in with. But it was also nice how easy it was to check in and make sure key but no information on the hostel facilities.

Liked the shower and toilet where in the room and they were separated. Liked the curtains on beds for privacy, had sufficient outlets and lightening.

The other guests LOL Some other guests in the room throwing a party at 3 AM wasn't fun but I guess that is the hostel vibe.

Location is great, it was clean for a hostel, the bed was good and it was nice they had curtains on each bed. Bathroom was clean.

There were only two bedsheets in a four bed room. There was also only one plug socket in the room but there were powerbanks to borrow.

It was clean and comfy and close to the city centre. Very friendly staff as well and a nice lobby.
