The room was small, but I knew that going in. The bathroom had good hot water and the beds were comfy. Walls weren’t very thick so sound traveled through the rooms, but that was also expected. It was a private room in a hostel that more than served its purpose. I would definitely recommend staying here, whether it’s one night or a week. Location is great. 15 minutes or less walk to many popular spots and also close to many bus stops.

A few things could be fixed or improved: - There is no way to cook or even heat your food. There are no microwaves. - Extremely noisy door closing mechanism. The hostel is big, it's full of people, so the doors are constantly being closed and opened... The rattle is incessant and unbearable. - There were also many loud, shouting neighbors with no sense of respect for other people sharing the common space (but this is not a remark of the hostel, just my bad luck :). - Extra payment for the smallest things - towels, adapters, locks, large storage rooms, the laundry (as you can't even wash and dry your things), etc. - A significant surcharge for accommodation in a female room. The price difference is too big to be defined based on gender.

This hostel is a good option for a short stay. Good value for money. It has a great location in the center, close to all major attractions. Good and stable internet connection. The room was cleaned every day. The staff tries to keep the hostel clean. The room is small, but the bunk is comfortable.

It was such a great stay! The room and bathroom/shower were very clean. The location is excellent - it's in the city centre and grocery stores, shops, pubs are 5-10 min walk away. The common areas are big, with a lot of tables and comfy areas, so people were able to chill and work remotely. Staff were friendly. As a solo female traveler I felt safe and actually made friends with my roommates. Definitely recommend staying here!

I enjoyed breakfast. All was good. food was slightly delicious. This place in the middle of city center, all facilities were clean, mates in the room tidy. Highly recommend this place.

The access to my bedroom floor was somewhat limited due to restrictions on using only one staircase, which can be inconvenient. While the elevator can be busy, I prefer taking the stairs. I had attempted to use the back staircase to avoid the crowds, but found myself locked out upon reaching my floor as the key card only grants access to certain doors. This had led to me feeling disoriented and lost while trying to navigate back to common areas, lockers, or the laundry facility. I believe this hostel would greatly benefit from a designated guest space for food preparation, even if it just includes a microwave. This simple addition would greatly enhance the overall experience for guests.

The work environment is positive and conducive to productivity. The team members are highly skilled and attentive, always providing friendly and helpful service. However, there have been concerns raised regarding management practices, particularly among middle managers overseeing daily operations. There appear to be inconsistencies in rule enforcement and a tendency to exert control over both guests and staff, potentially affecting the overall experience. It is possible that the frontline staff may be facing challenges due to limited managerial support.

I book at the reception and the female staff with a curly hair did it, paid for the 5 days stay and when i checked in i was told that I already overstayed for their specified days limit so not able to use up but not refunded the amount i paid. So sad. I should have been told during the time of my booking

There was no privacy curtain at the end of the bed so people could always see in. Also the plug and lamp didn't work in the bed. The beds and rooms are a bit small compared to other hostels so not so great for adults.

The communal areas are great and the location is great. The lockers in the basement were handy especially as you didn't need your own lock for them

Due that I extended for one more night by Booking , I have let them know of this situation and then reactivate my key. However they cleaned my bed and they remove one of my belongings (earplugs) When I asked them , they didn’t have it. Perhaps a better communication with the cleaning staff?

It was really modern and well located. The bed was comfy and toilets very good.
