Sadly there was only one place to refill bottles. I was told the tap water ist trinkable, but it smelled a lot like chlorine, so i preferred to refill my bottles around the kitchen area.

Beds were very comfortable and the curtains offered some privacy. Big plus were the lockers with plenty of space and also the seperate Toilet and Shower.

Didn't appreciate the power and the lights not working in the individual beds, stayed twice a month apart and the problem still wasn't fixed!!

Weirdly there is only extremely hot water in the room toilets, and the restrooms are small

Sockets/light at bed didn't work. Top bunk was super hot on arrival from AC blowing into it but reception sorted this out ☺️ presumably you've to ask for towels as they're not in the rooms

Location, was perfect. It was very central to Dublin city centre, easy to walk to all the bars, clubs, pubs shops etc. I went for the weekend with mates for my birthday. On check in, they said they'd give me an upgrade for my birthday. All the staff were super friendly and gave us tips of transport, places to go etc. The hostel has a small bar next to reception too where there is a cool area to just chill out. The rooms were great, we stayed in a 4 bed dorm. I like the fact that the private bathroom for the room has a separate shower room and sink to the toilet and sink. The beds were super comfy and the bunks all had curtains for extra privacy, also plug sockets, mini light and small shelf next to your bed.

Their team who manage booking don't work on weekends so they did not approve reservation date change until the last day. The staff was not helpful and literally said that I needed to book on the desk again (even after do in booking.com), so there was a risk to charge twice. Very confusing, no manager available to help. I was unsure about having a bed all the time and wasn't comfortable to take a tour or not, leave bags or not. Very disrespectful with my time and no worries with my money

The bathroom in the room didn't look like it had been properly cleaned for a little while, especially around the toilet. Nothing too bad but could have been better.

The decor was light and airy and good communal spaces. Breakfast was good and the room was tidy and functional. The location just north of the river was also great.

only two pots and two pans in kitchen for a very large building - but 8 cooking spots?? do not buy food to fry or boil if not willing to wait hours. The bed modules have no power sockets (but they will provide power bank for phones at the front desk)

The kitchen facility was good to have. The community areas were large and comfortable with plenty of power sockets. Good selection of drinks at in house bar. Nightly entertainment if your stuck in, including film night with free popcorn :). on site laundry. Location. The bed design is very good and sturdy with the privacy curtain which blocks the main room light allowing for comfort for everyone on different time schedules to come and go in the light. Felt very secure /safe and under control with staff always in lobby as well as dedicated security on door.

Electricity in my bed didn't work for 2/3 days that I was there. With the exception of 1 Irish guy that was there Sunday morning, the front desk staff were not really helpful with suggestions on where to go or where to eat, etc..

Very clean, location is perfect, enough eating and drinking options around, modern facilities. Bathrooms were clean and more than enough for a hostel

The hostel is very nice, huge space in which you can hang out, work, read. The room was quite big and the bathroom too. I also used the laundry room in which you need to download an app to use it but still a good service cause my clothes were very clean.

people checked in very late at night, 1-2 am. Someone was very inconsiderate making as much noise as possible. I was waken up three times late at night. The music in common areas often was too loud.

the common spaces were great, although the kitchen could be larger for the size of the hostel. The staff were very kind and accommodating.
