I feel the Thermal Suite could be free for those staying in the hotel and perhaps tea and coffee included at the end of dinner for free also.

The staff, the food and the location were all just wonderful.

Expected the restaurant to be a bit more luxurious for a “resort”. The bar area people were eating at looked more relaxing than the actual restaurant. Menu was extremely limited and food was just average. Could possibly have been disappointing due to my own high expectations of the Delphi. Also expected the Spa (booked the thermal suite experience not treatment’s) to be top notch based on photos I had seen but found it to be average.

Location was great, close to Kylemore Abbey, Connemara National park, killary fjord etc so a great base to explore that side of Galway. views amazing and just a vibe been in the middle of nowhere cozied up. Bed was the most comfortable bed I have EVER stayed in. Staff on reception were really lovely.

I thought there would be cooked fresh breakfast. Didnt like the buffet breakfast. I thought there would be more fish on the dinner menus

One of the male bar tenders and food servers had long hair, it was not tied up properly and was loose and unkempt.

Location is remote but to be expected. Nearest village Leenaun which is a good 15 mins drive.

Relaxing place...rooms comfortable. Staff very well trained. Wide range of activities- we did zip line which was enjoyable.

The hot tub closed early in the evening at 7pm.

The scenery was fantastic and so quiet. Food was very good also. The young waitress who looked after us at dinner and breakfast was delightful.

Did not have air-con and room was very hot, pillows in the bedroom were very flat and uncomfortable, staff were a bit slow, spa staff were unaware of our spa package we booked and service was very slow and confusing, food menu could have had more options and doesn’t cater towards vegetarians or vegans much.

the staff is very young, I assume all students and therefore the services is far from perfect. took always quite some time or uncertain what they should or could do... one example at the bar I asked for an Irish Coffee and they clearly didn't know how to make it so it took 15mn to get one :) also it was very warm in the bedroom and we couldn't adjust the temperature.

The resort is nicely furnished and beautiful design. the location is really in the middle of the countryside with so many activities around and organized by the resort itself. so it's perfect to stay with your family, relax and have great activities including the spa. the restaurant is great, diverse menu but all with high quality products

Absolutely nothing! It is top class.

The food was lovely. The staff are really helpful and nice. our suite was so clean and so much space. It would be equally as nice during the winter as the summer. There is so much to see and do in this area. Despite the rain etc the place is in a beautiful setting. The resort blends into the surroundings perfectly. It is idyllic and we all said we would definitely return.

My husband would have liked a gym for work outs.

Breakfast was super, great fresh fruit bowl and coffee. Stunning views of mountains from breakfast room. Really good shower. Very comfy bed and pillows. Fabulous setting, bedroom looked out on mountains and nature. Extremely peaceful, only sounds to be heard are birds, sheep and babbling mountain brooks.

Mattress not comfortable, blood stain on bed linen. Floors creek all over the resort. Staff weren’t particularly friendly. No hot water, fire alarm went off a number of time. Having to book a table for the included breakfast is a strange one too, can’t really relax and have a lie in knowing you have to be up at a certain time for that.

Beautiful resort situated in a beautiful location in the mountains. Clean and comfortable facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful. Spa was lovely! The food - both dinner and breakfast was exceptional! Only stayed one night but could have stayed a lot longer as there is lots to do!

For the most part staff were so kind and happy. However, on a few occasions there were a few issues, but came to understand that they were only being trained in at the time.

delphi resort is well located in the nature but the view from the room was on parking lot. The rooms are very big but not well decorated for waht one would expect for the price. The breakfast was self service in a rather crowded dinning room. Is overpriced
